I heard from a friend who worked there for a short period of time that she saw a nanny being rough with a 6 month old baby. That nanny was annoyed with the baby for burping a lot, so what she would do was wiping the baby and then plopping him/her in the crib, almost throwing the baby in a rough and reckless way. She could have given that baby a baby shaken syndrome"! Terrible! You as a parent trust them with the lives of your babies
