Fast service, wonderful staff, quality product. That’s all it takes really. Went this morning with a friend for a pit stop and the lady on cash at around 9:40a was the sweetest woman! Big thanks to these essential workers. COVID times aren’t always easy times to smile through!

I don’t come here often but when I’m downtown and would like a coffee there is quick service and polite people working. i’ve never had an issue with my order before from here and even when it’s extremely busy inside i still am able to get my order fairly fast.

They hired me and then fired me. Cause they already hired people. You can’t do that to someone. That’s disgusting way of work place. I would never want anyone to work there. Just my opinion. You can find something WAY better then them.

No problem with the coffee. Annoying when your points use is an issue. I used points to get a free coffee so on one I purchased I didn't receive my 10 points. So petty

Best Tim’s crew in Burlington (perhaps the Province). It’s amazing how many customers this crew can service in the height of the breakfast shift, in this very small gas station location. If there is a lineup, it’s just because people go out of there way to go to this location, rather than some of the other Tim’s locations who might be closer, but who tend to be slow and can’t get your order correct. This is a fast and friendly team that know how to work well together. Special props go to Vanya who keeps the whole team moving (and laughing). If they get a big order at the cash, Vanya will work her way up the line and take your order so it can be ready for when you do get to the cash. But don’t let her big smile fool you, she has no hesitation dealing with an unpleasant customer. Well done to the whole team!!! And don’t be surprised if you go there often enough that they will all remember your regular order. Med Coffee or Steeped Tea for me (2 cream please).

I am a regular customer here, today was a different experience from the normal great service. I ordered my regular coffee and a Herseys Smoores Cream Chill. When the server gave me the Cream chill it looked like an iced cap. I have ordered the same drink at other locations many times and did not look like this. I spoke to another girl working there and was given ALOT of attitude and argued there was numerous Herseys Smoores Cream chills??? Time was 5:30 Sunday June 12th, have had the same girl before and was the same! I go there for the service and the manager is amazing!!!! Not sure if i would go back in the evening again as the service is terrible and staff looking like they don't want to be there!!

Came in for a coffee at 7:12. The staff was rude and couldn't be bothered to greet me properly. The two cashiers (white male amd female) were making racist comments about a customer for her accent and the way she was dressed.

I am a local long time customer and this morning I had a bad experience with customer service when I returned my order that was made incorrectly.I dont usually leave these reviews or complaints, but today was something Ive never experienced as a customer. This person is also the manager.... who was defensive immediately. She raised her voice and was clearly angry, all in front of other customers and her co-workers. I was embarrassed.I asked for her manager's phone number and she refused to give it to me saying I could come back when her boss is in the store.I have never been treated this way in my life as a customer.More training....

Just order something and go away from here. That was the attitude of the staff. I didn't expect such rude behaviour from a person working at Tim Hortons!!!Coffee and muffin were delicious.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my life , incompetent staff on multiple occasions such as me walking into the store and a white kid yelling at me saying steeped tea ? Steeped tea ? Steeped tea ? “ Oh well I guess not then “ I don’t drink tea he had me mistaken for someone else , if someone doesn’t reply to you the first couple of times you don’t keep yelling the same thing at them. I’m clearly not who you mistook me for. Why are you yelling at me and embarrassing me across the gas station ?Secondly what Tim Hortons closes at 6:00 PM ? Are you serious ? If the store closes at 6 PM why are they no longer serving food at 5:30 pm they turn off all the grills and everything. I didn’t walk in the cold for this just to go back home hungry.It’s not our fault you don’t have the staff to keep up with business demands
