I realized there was a nail stuck in my tire while leaving from Niagara Falls on a Good Friday evening. Such realizations are stressful and fear instilling as uncertainty looms over in the middle of nowhere.....I pulled over @ Bridge Street only to check one of the Auto Repair shops which I searched on Google showing closing soon...was closed, no wonder it was the long weekend. My wife did a quick Google search again which brought up Ryan from Trusted Tire Mobile service which was closing soon.Ryan received my call and calmly inquired about my vehicle details and about the nature of the tire problem. He asked me to wait and as promised showed up within 25 minutes and resolved the problem in literally 10 minutes!Absolutely God-sent person! I was sweating as I was so far away from home and he helps me on a long weekend Friday evening post 6:30 pm in a beautiful weather. This happened first time to me in my 20 year driving experience. (Literally, I never experienced a nail in my tire ever!)Thanks a lot to Ryan, truly service oriented, polite and knowledgeable. Reasonable price! He did a phenomenal job!The fact that he does not have a shop proved to be a boon to me as all those who had one, were politely rude on the phone saying I cannot help you. wow! How compassionate... lol....Since Ryan has a mobile vehicle, he can show up quickly anywhere for troubleshooting which is awesome and truly useful.Thanks again Ryan! I would highly recommend this company. My son blew a tire in his company vehicle and due to location and terrain gradient found it very difficult to change the tire. We reached out and Ryan met us within the hour to change out the tire. He was extremely affordable as well. Thank you Ryan for your quick turn around time and helping us out with great customer service!

Reached out to service Thursday morning. I was initially booked a winter tire installation for Saturday but the operator called back to move appointment up to Friday night to get the change ahead of some inclimate forecast.Ryan really impressed me, working in the cold and dark. He had the all seasons off of the rims, the winters mounted, balanced and installed in about 45 minutes.

We needed the tires swapped on our trailer on a Sunday and he was able to do the job and it was very professional and price was good..very happy..100% recommend for any tire needs..thanks Ryan!

I reached out for my fathers vehicle. I reached out to Trusted Tire Mobile and they responded pretty quickly and I asked if they are able to provide this service to a lowered vehicle. He said it wouldn't be a issue and he had the equipment to do It. He worked around my father's schedule. My father called me when it was done. He said the gentleman was very professional and did a great job and did everything correctly and that he will now be using him to switch his tires.

I was so pleased to be able to get my winter tires on today ( and get an appointment so quick on my day off) as I stopped using CAA since they contracted out to a larger company. Ryan is a local independent business . He arrived on time and provided great service with changing , balancing. He also provides mobile service on the weekends so I highly recommend. He is also responds quickly to calls or texts and makes himself available if you need any follow up service . Very professional!

Ryan was very quick and efficient.Super friendly and affordable right in my driveway.Everyone was giving me runaround but Ryan showed up and changed my tires in my garage the next day!Totally recommend!!!
