They actually had tills open unusual not sure how they expect you to buy product by the foot or from bins through self check out but guess can do away with more jobs that way

I spend way too much time here. They carry a wide variety of household products. The one thing I do dislike about it is their staff arnet trained in their own department. When you ask about something nobody can tell you and they've actually told me they didn't carry something yet I found it.

Not impressed by the constant in your face we support these groups posted in the store. To much focus on Pride issues and homeless. I go there for supplies not to have other peoples causes shoved in my face as I try to shop. A hardware store should just be that and employees should keep their personal views at home. You need to rethink what your store is. We are no longer going to shop here.

My husband went to home depot to pick up a few products when he asked a salesperson for help they told him to get a cart. He asked two other sakes people for help as the product was above his head he was ignored. He left the store he said he won't be back staff was rude and ignorant

I went in to purchase a lawnmower - the associate was busy chatting about what sounded to me like personal stuff with a customer. So i went around browsing as they were talking and laughing directly in front of the lawnmower section of the store that I was trying to look at. I tried makeing eye contact. They just kept talking away with no regard for anyone around. I actually said excuse me so they would move enough that i could actually see a lawnmower on the display, Again i was ignored. This went on for 15 mins or so. I could not wait any longer. So I went home and bought on line from Costco.Very poor customer service. Not suprised people do not want to shop in store any more as you just get ignored anyway. Just lostr another customer. (not that that means much these days). I would like to put a negative star.

I love this place but most of the workers are not helpful at all. A couple of shiny gems who is nice and friendly of course thanks to Universe. But our casher today was acted agressivly, arrogant and not helpful. She was irratated with us for no reason.

A great place for home maintenance and improvements. If you're feeling adventuresome, ask someone for help. You might be fortunate enough to find an employee who actually knows what they're talking about. It could happen! Or, you could wind up following the not-so-knowledgeable around in several wrong directions with a healthy dose of their unwanted and unqualified opinions. I don't know

Wow cost of lumber has skyrocketed. Staff friendly and helpful. A lot of product on the shelf.
