The owners of this property are great people they're from Rochester I believe. The people from family of storage bins are heart-filled people. A gentleman gave me a 1989 Yamaha 1200 Royale. Unbelievable so amazed thanks

New ownership is not friendly, it’s not open to payment plans of your money doesnt come in on the day they want it, wont accept payment arrangements to pay off a one month debt, and are raising their prices when doing no beneficial renovations like fixing the problem of when it rains, the storage units build up with moisture SO BAD that it drips all over your belongings.. scam artists looking for quick cash to hold your stuff in mold traps. Don’t waste your money here youd be better storing them under a tree

Once contacting owners when I emptied locker. Travis texted me within 3hours This is on a holiday weekend mind you. Good communication. Understanding my situation with emptying locker due to my schedule. Spoke about a prorated refund and stopping auto withdraw from my account. No hassle. Getting refund. I noticed 2cameras 1 at gate. Another on building. Remember they just acquired this property . I know with any new venture it takes time to get property set up . Give them time to get improvements in and issues fixed
