Profiting off struggling small businesses, while treating us terribly. Prices raised after purchase, if something is sold out you're billed anyway and sent a too bad, it's gonna be a long time how sad email. If you complain they will become hostile and blame shift: without warning they locked us out of their website so we couldn't even review our transactions or records. Most of the reviews here are from family members and friends, did some googling.
