Accu Electric Motors | Servo Motor Repair

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I would even rate it negative stars if I could. This has been the WORST experience EVER! This company has had our 4 servo motor drives since 8/22/14, today is 4/21/15!!! I was told multiple times that I would have them back 1-2 weeks I was told that every month from Sept - Dec. The communication in this company is comical. After dealing with one person for 4 months who NEVER followed up with me and when she did she was always apologizing and had excuse after excuse, I was passed along to her manager to take over my order who did the SAME THING. The experience has gotten no better. The First rep. Nav got approval from her manager Pawan Toor to have parts expedited from Germany and cover all cost and shipping cost back to me. Well once the parts were ordered from Germany I found out from the manager Pawan Toor that there was no way to have the parts expedited from Germany, another lie told to me. I am now in the process of trying to get my motors back and the MANAGER who agreed in writing to ship back our motors at no expense to my company tells me she doesn't know who said Accu would cover our shipping cost and asks for out shipping account information before she can send anything back. I forwarded her, her email in her own writing from herself to me and call to see if she received it as a reminder of our agreement, and she had the nerve to tell me that that email was not from her but from the original rep Nav and she had no idea about it but will now cover all shipping cost. The email was form HER! She agreed almost 5 months ago to cover! This company may not all be bad, but these two are a joke and I will never use them again. It has been excuse after excuse and lie after lie only to be told they don't remember ever saying anything, even when I have it all in writing. I guess they can't read to well either and see what emails come from who. I will not be using their services ever again! If my motor drives come back not fully function able I will lose my mind.

We've been using this vendor for many years and they have saved production for us on many occasions. Motors & gearboxes that were incredibly hard to find from other vendors were no problem for Accu Electric. Excellent experience with motor and gearbox rebuilds, even advanced electronic troubleshooting, PLCs, touchscreens/displays, servo motors, and on-site servicing are well within Accu's capabilities.To top it off, we've had excellent service from Accu Electric for years. They're usually able to come in on emergency, they provide quick turnaround on repairs, and excellent communication from the staff gives us the confidence to continue doing business with them.

I sent them a motor that I was told by multiple venders was unrepairable, and obsolete. Their lead tech was very informative, and was able to offer me a quick turnaround by retrofitting newer components into my current repair. This was the most cost effective solution, and was able to get my machine up and running without having to upgrade the entire HMI.

Fast and friendly service. I send all my motors to them for repair.
