They have some made-up working hours that are not advertised in the ups store site or in Google maps. They refused to accept a heavy return item (drop off) during weekend and showed me a paper thet have put behind the window! Totally inconsiderate of people's time. When your business is open and you have not advertised in your site that you are not accepting drop offs in weekends it means people will take their hevay items and travel all they way there for you to show them the paper on window as if that was enough. I had bad experience with UPS in general but this store is some new level.

I recently had to return to this location and it looks as thought there is new staff the person that helped me was much more pleasant and efficient 2 more stars I still feel improvements can be mad but yay......(2 years ago)Absolutely the worst shipping location I have ever dealt with. Never greeted with a smile or a Hi". The slowest service ever. Staff is completely unmotivated could not care less about their job. Every time I go to pick up an item it's at least a half an hour. If you can avoid all possible!"

Awful experience with UPS, last time using it.I had a small package for pick-up.Called em on Wednesday n scheduled a pick-up on Thursday, 9am to 1pm. No one showed up.Called again rescheduled for Friday 9am to 1 pm. No one showed up.Called again and rescheduled for Monday 9am to 1pm. No one showed up.Called them again n they said there is No booking for any pick-up at this address!!!!They rescheduled for pick-up for the same day. 2 to 4 pm.Then I got a call from the driver asking: how many packages do u have? I said one.When he finally showed up he said that he has 3 scheduled pick-ups for this address!

I went into this location to drop off a package with a label I had issued online. When I asked for a receipt, the employee made it seem as though she was doing me a huge favor and had to point out that they usually don't do this for labels purchased online, and that if there were multiple items she wouldn't be printing me a receipt. She condescendingly pointed out that I should already have the tracking number in my email, as though I don't already know that.I'm sorry that you had to take all of 10 seconds and 3 cents worth of paper and ink to print me a receipt. Did you ever consider the fact that I ask for the receipt because I have had issues with UPS packages not being scanned and/or going missing in the past?I understand that UPS doesn't pay you for shipping labels issued online. That sounds like an issue to take up with UPS, not your customers. If you don't like the terms of the UPS franchise agreement, maybe don't open a UPS store? And if you hate your job, get a different job instead of taking it out on customers.

Lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I could tell she's been doing this job for a long time. She seemed experienced and very professional. I needed to box and bubble wrap my package and she helped me with everything. I've actually been here a few times and both workers are very helpful. This is a good local location. Sometimes line up is long wait time but can only do so much with 2 staff.

UPS attempted delivery of my package to this store, after I had called the store twice (first to confirm they could receive the package and then to provide them the delivery date).I received a notification on the day of expected delivery from UPS that the store had rejected the delivery.After multiple attempts to call the store, I finally connected and they advised me that this had been done in error. The store was able to bring the package back at a later time, and I was able to pick the package up, but received no consideration for the stress and inconvenience caused.Use a different UPS store for your packages to avoid poor customer service and unreliable service.
