No terribly helpful. I went looking for help with my honeymoon, unfortunately because I did come in wanting to spend $10 000 or more. I was basically told they can't help me plan my vacation.

My family has been clients of Passport Travel for more than ten years. Ewa and Margaret have always been very helpful and professional in arranging our travels.

I want to say a huge thanks to Margaret, who was helping with our trip. Her help and support during our travels when quarantine started - was amazing. We were able to come home - solely thanks to Margaret. My mum and I, are grateful for such professionalism.The customer services is simply beyond great.

Had an excellent experience with booking multiple vacations over the course of the years.Understandably, when I was looking to book a multi country vacation, I was asked to pay a service fee for the research.Research for trips (multiple airfare, car rental, trains, hotels) takes hours of research, which is why I went through an agency to ease the pain...Most people do that and get the info from the agents and then proceed to book all the given info themselves. Makes complete sense why they would require a deposit for the research.Nevertheless, I’ve booked with Margaret and Ewa many times for trips to Europe as well as All-Inclusive and A cruise. I will be booking again with Passport Travel soon!
