Recently when we sold our house and bought a town house, Maddie and Mark were our realtors. We were selling because of my husband’s sudden illness and they turned this stressful situation into a relaxed journey. They warmly and patiently helped me understand the whole process and continually guided me through each step. There were no delays when I needed them. In the beginning they promised that they would work until they found us a place that we would love. They meticulously listened to our wants and without us having to attend many showings, they found the perfect place for us. They sold our house within a two week period for a satisfying amount at a time when the market was declining in pace and with several more homes for sale in our area. We were truly lucky to find such knowledgeable, professional and genuine individuals. I would strongly recommend them.
