Went in for a specific product. Their website indicated which aisle but upon arriving at the store the item could not be located (it was in a locked cabinet).At least 3 other associates were in the area but kept referring us (because there was about 5 of us in the aisle needing help) to this 1 young lady who was running her butt off assisting customers, while the other 3 kind of stood around chatting.The young lady was helpful and apologetic and even carried my item to cash for me.

I found my desired product here with the best quality as compared to other stores. when i visited the store after re opening there is a master card seller guy who helped me out to find the product and signed up me for triangle card that is very beneficial for gas filling n shopping.Thanks to triangle representative.Gaurav

Canadian Tire is one of my favorite stores. But I hate going to this location. Most staff now have no clue about anything, when you find one not chatting to their friends in hindi. Always reluctant to help, ignorant, rude, inconsiderate. The new layout looks nice, but aisles are still way too crowded and there's not much room to squeeze 2 carts past each other. I go to other locations whenever I can instead or order online for home delivery. Try getting a sodastream canister exchanged some time, takes half hour there instead of other locations that take 2 minutes if they are busy! Constant issues there always. Stock levels are generally always incorrect. Really need new management there that knows what they are doing.

Found most of what I was looking for but I ordered an item on line 4 hours b4 traveling to the store and it wasn't ready and when I went to the counter the called someone to go get it but after another 15 minutes of waiting nothing so I asked for my money back.

Stopped in at lunch time with a punctured tire. Was in my way out of town. Guys were all on lunch but manager of auto repair out his jacket on repaired my tire asap and go me on my way. This is what service is all about. We’ll done and thank you.Roger

Gaurav was very knowledgeable and gave me pointers and tips for Canadian Tire credit card approval, after I was declined in the past several times. A very pleasant gentleman to chat with and has vast understanding of credit scores, the banking system and ways to improve ones score. An asset to the Timmins CT location. If you need a new credit card, talk to this guy!
