The sign up process was super cumbersome. Lots of back and forth before it was completed. After all documents are verified online I needed to send everything again to the branch as I was curtly told they have no access. What is the point of having an online portal.Then the locker is on a mezzanine level with no direct elevator or floor access. You need to go up a flight of stairs. If you have 3 heavy boxes you need to send them up the stair elevator one by one which means you need to walk up and down the stairs that may times. Who puts storage lockers up a flight of stairs. On their website they boast about the abundance of trolleys but you never find one near the loading dock. Fortunately I had carried my own. Although with the ridiculous stair situation I threw my back out. They very clearly ask you not to make a mess but have one small trash bin right at the loading dock instead of having them spread around the facility.The only reason it gets 2 stars is because it’s a clean facility.

I visited June 2nd and Natasha and Ashley made the process very easy. They went above and beyond to make sure that we received the best customer service. The facility is in great condition and very convenient and the a/c was perfect on the very hot day.

Very accommodating and no hassles. A refreshing experience from the bait and switch operators in the business. All interactions were timely and seamless. Only concern I had was that I could not contact the location directly and had to go through a central operator to be patched through. My call was lost several times and cause frustration.

Our experience with Access Storage is good and if you need the storage service, give them a try.We encountered some unpleasant experience at the end but Natasha stood out and resolved it in a professional and soothing manner. She is intelligent and empathic on the handling of customer experience, she is one of the people you can put your trust on. Access Storage should be satisfying to employ a manager like her and I am happy to deal with her in Access Storage.

I came to get storage today for the first time and Natasha put my mind at ease immediately with her knowledge and enthusiasm. She was very patient and answered all my questions during the site tour. The staff here is amazing and the facility is nice and clean. Thank you Natasha for all you help.
