Horrible place manger don’t know how to manage wait for my order 1 hour front desk lady was not really helpfull also I notice dispatch not trained proper speak with driver very disrespectful bcz she speak Punjabi language that’s y I understand what she saying I don’t know how driver work with 0 respectAnd my order Rosedale send different number to my dispatch

Horrible customer service every time ive been here. Today they loaded my order on to the wrong truck that took off with my package to another city! Then they couldn't find contact info for this other driver and it ended up take 4 hours for them to get my order back, all the while the kept telling me to wait a few more minutes" and they wasted my entire day. Customer service is non-existent here and I was not compensated in any way for their numerous mistakes that cost me alot of time of money"

Worst pick up merchandise experience ever. I had to wait for a very long time. After 20 mins waiting I went back to check what was taking so long. They forgot to give my order paper to the warehouse workers. After they got my merchandise they didn't even help me load my truck. He said load them by myself.

I was at Rosedale after a while wow the place looked different it was very clean compared to before i was dropping off and picking up at the same time Omar help me unload and load fast service in and out very quick
