First time customer, wouldn't go back, here's my feedback:The good:- Pricing seemed reasonable- Got me in quickThe bad:- Oil change performed, however oil change maintenance life wasn't reset on the car, still shows 40%- New oil change sticker on the window wasn't added, maybe not a thing here? If so, i recommend you guys add it.- Car had an oil change, serpentine belt, oil gasket cover, and some tail lights replaced and it was there for almost 2 full business days- Communication was poor, I had to call multiple times to request updates- Was advised to come between 1-1:30 to pickup vehicle, showed up at 1:45 and it still wasn't ready, had 3 people staring inside the hood still trying to get a belt on. I felt like I was being given the run around and wasn't really being told the full story- During payment, he advised me he was taking off some of the fees since the AC recharge couldn't be done since the compressor was bad. Still tried to charge me the initial quote, but I noticed the amount and then he took it off. Oops?- Nothing about my experience would make me want to back here.

I had a hole in my exhaust suddenly. I was worried about exhaust getting into my car if I drove it as is. They were able to get me in and have it fixed same day. Very thorough and helpful!

I emailed them with a huge list of questions and Sam Hillhouse responded crazy fast. It was even over the holidays and this man is responding at 630am to make sure I know what's up.Back story is I had my catalytic converter stolen on my Tuscan. I took in my vehicle on Wednesday, got a courtesy vehicle, and my car was fixed by Friday. Icbc claim was insanly easy with them. Just put in my own claim, went to their shop and they did the rest, only had to pay my deductible once I picked up my vehicle.Just overall super impressed with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend

They refused to do what I ask cause I denied to buy some other services along with one I asked to do . Work I need get done cost 300$, it’s flex pipe replacement ( welding) , they said they won’t do it but they want to replace whole front pipe and they will do it only if I let them do engine mount replacement along all that work and parts they quote 3200, it’s not only expensive there is no need to do it it’s still in good condition, be careful with them, don’t be fooled

Paul from Brake and Muffler is very accommodating when I booked for wheel alignment. I was impressed with their customer service and overall performance in terms of fixing my vehicle. My Ford Fusion is up and running smoothly again.Good job guys!Andee

I had some problem with Highlander rear door rubber trim. I was not able to fix it myself and visited Budget Brake shop by 96th Ave. The guy named Dominic looked at the problem and fixed it in 3 minutes. I wish I have this level of service in every place I go to. Very friendly place with very positive attitude toward customer. I highly recommend this place if you want to get your car fixed in nice and pleasant environment

Excellent work done on my exhaust left me extremely happy! Counter Service was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for better!

This review is overdue but I think that will speak to the experience I’ve had with them that I felt they deserved a glowing review. I had called these guys an hour before closing on the Friday of May long weekend as I’m about to drive past their shop and they were able to answer the phone immediately, have me pull into their shop without missing my turn, source a pulley, belt, and recharge my a/c within the hour. I had zero expectation to get this done that Friday and possibly not at all that weekend but these guys got it done. They even stored my steaks i had bought for that weekend in their fridge to keep them from spoiling in the intense heat as this service was a last minute thought of mine. Well done guys and thanks again!

Sam and his crew are the best shop I have ever taken my vehicles to. I would recommend them to any and all of my family. Knowledgeable, efficient, amazing customer service and support, and can do just about anything you ask them too. Cannot give them enough credit for their phenomenal work!
