Joanne Lipp European Skin Care & Electrolysis

I had an unfortunate experience with laser hair removal which resulted in me having more hair growth and I was devastated . I went to Joanne Lipp and the wonderful staff educated me about the process of electrolysis.I’ve gone twice a week for almost a month and I’m already starting to see improvement!! You will need to be patient and consistent with appointments. I feel very taken care of here. Please do your research before getting laser on your face! Electrolysis may be a better option!

I started electrolysis on my chin & neck in June 30 2022 & wow the results so far have been amazing. I started out having to go weekly 45mins sessions for a couple of months but now, today(Jan 20, 2023) I just finished a 10 minute session & it’s been 2.5 weeks since my last appointment. My hair was super dark & thick & even the skin on my neck was getting irritated because of the amount of ingrowns I had from plucking. I used to have to pluck my chin/neck everyday or every other day but I honestly don’t need my tweezers anymore & the growth is so slow & I know in the next few months, it’ll be even better.Madeline is honestly amazing- she’s so kind & makes me feel so comfortable. She’s my go-to. You can tell she really loves what she does.Gloria is amazing as well- you can tell she has so many years of experience & knows what she’s doing. Any questions I had was answered graciously by her.This has been an amazing investment for me & I would recommend anyone that has neck/chin hair that just keep coming back darker & stronger from plucking to book a consult asap! It has honestly changed my life & I can’t wait to see the results get better & better.

Horrible service. Joanne Lipp Care does not have accurate prices online, they charge extra $8-$10 for needle change, sanitization, etc. that they don't disclose to you until after your appointment. When I complained about being over charged, Madeline said I can't help you".The few appointments I had here

I would give this place 0 star if I could – there’s no words to describe the despicable service from JANIS. Booked a 10 minutes free consultation with Janis last weekend – had to pay for parking ($2/every half hour). Once inside, Janis had a cold look on her face, was asked to sit in the waiting area and fill out a consent form. Janis just stood there and only responded by yes or no – she did not bother to provide any additional information. Free consultation took place in the common waiting area which is an open space (everyone could hear your conversation) and lasted max 3-4 mins only!! Janis stood there, looking at other people come in – she even said she forgot what she had to say, so kept quiet. She did not bother to provide ANY information at all – nothing about the process, cost, and expectations. We felt very very uncomfortable with her, as if we were bothering her. No one deserves such a service – please AVOID JANIS at all cost – she’s very unprofessional and had an arrogant approach!

Madeleine is AMAZING!! She is so incredibly kind, honest and professional!! I get electrolysis from her every week (for the last 4 months) , I’ve done a facial with her as well and I’ve gotten nothing but exceptional service from her every single time! She goes above and beyond at every appt. My electrolysis results have been amazing and I was glowing after my facial. If you’ve been hesitant about electrolysis, don’t be. Go see Madeline, I can’t recommend her enough!

I have thoroughly loved my Electrolysis experience with Madeleine! I struggled with extra hair growth after previously completing a round of laser hair removal. Madeleine is extremely thorough, fast and hilarious to help you get through any painful round of electrolysis. The spa recommends numbing and aftercare to minimize the pain and speed up healing as well. If you stay regular with your electrolysis appointments, you are bound to see results! So glad I found Joanne Lipp’s office and looking forward to many more electrolysis appointments together. Thanks!

I have been coming to Joanne Lipp for a few months now and have had a great experience each time. I most often see Madeline, however have had appointments with all the other ladies as well and all have been friendly, attentive, and professional. I really appreciate the easy online booking process and variety of appointment durations and scheduling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for electrolysis services especially!

Been coming to Joanne Lipp European Skin Care every week since February and very pleased with the results of the Electrolysis. Find them to be friendly, professional, honest people... and reasonably priced as well! I will add It takes multiple sessions, good aftercare with the right products and patience to see good results. And have GREAT results! There's a reason why they've been in Streetsville for as long as they have ... they know what they're doing! Will definitely rely on them for all my future skin care needs.

Gloria is AMAZING! She does such a great job removing all of the hair while distracting you from the pain of electrolysis. Highly recommended!
