I have been here in the building for over a year now and I still love coming home everyday! This is my first experience in an apartment building and I could not ask for better! Everything about living here is great... From the consistently clean lobby and being pet-friendly to the great location and friendly staff. Our building managers Ana, Zoran, and Tien all make sure we have everything we need on a daily basis and if not they are just a phone call away! And we can't forget our other team members who make sure the building is running smoothly (Tim, Jacob, Sofia, and Ashley)! Our shared common area on the 9th floor is nice for a change of scenery and I use the dog wash downstairs at least once every two weeks. My partner and I are very happy here and we will be staying until further notice :-)

Ana, Zoran & Tien are by far and away the best building managers I've ever had and regularly go above and beyond for tenants - really makes the place feel like home and gives a real sense of community. Top notch building, top notch staff.

My partner and I moved into 1108 Pendrell in July 2020 during the peak of the pandemic. We absolutely loved the vibe of the building; when we met Ana and Zoran and Tien, we instantly felt welcomed! The building looked clean, safe (which is very important to us!) and not to mention, our suite itself was perfect and exactly what we were looking for; 2 bedrooms and a den and not one but two balconies that overlooked the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to live during the pandemic.The amenities at 1108 Pendrell was another big factor for us and it ticked all of our boxes; access to a gym, bike lockers that were secure, the option to have a storage locker, and a community lounge room with a bbq, tv and garden plots (which we took advantage of one year and grew some yummy cucumbers!)The community at 1108 Pendrell is another amazing quality; the ease of communication with other tenants on the Facebook group page, the use of Building Stack for whenever we need to receive important messages, and the constant stream of dogs that live in the building is what we loved so much about the place (since we are dog lovers)! Not to mention having a safe and secure locker for whenever parcels are delivered. All of this made living at 1108 Pendrell such a unique place to live.If my partner and I weren’t moving out of the country, we would have stayed. We will surely miss living here! My husband and I are newcomers to Canada and we couldn't be happier with our home at 1108 Pendrell. Adapting to a new country is a challenge that has definitely been easier here. Since the first day, Ana and Zoran have given us a warming welcome and all the support ever since. Tien is also great; he has helped us many times! About the apartment itself, it feels so cozy! The appliances have good quality and durability. We live in a studio apartment, but it does not feel cramped, as there is a den used as a closet. The bills are way cheaper compared to some friends that live in other new buildings in Vancouver, as the 1108 Pendrell building has some sort of new environment-friendly technology to optimize heat. We use the amenities daily, including the well-equipped gym, the life-saving ParcelPending service, or the beautiful cozy lounge with view to the mountains. No doubt we will enjoy living here for many years ahead, and I highly recommend it.

Trying to find a pet friendly building in Vancouver is already a difficult feat in and of itself- to find a pet friendly building with great amenities and such wonderful staff is a dream!Bosa here at Pendrell is really really lovely- my husband and dog and I all love living here- we've never been in a building where we actually know our neighbours names and interact daily with the management team. Ana and Zoran are so great and attentive to all of our needs and are always at the ready with a dog treat for our pup Riley.I also realllyyy love the Parcel Pending system- packages would conveniently go into community boxes with lock codes so it's great to have peace of mind that packages won't be left at our door or randomly in the mail room for anyone to take- not that anyone would do it, we have our wonderful caretakers to watch out for that! Shout out to Tien and Keith!When I first came to check out the apartment unit before we had moved in, Ana was greeting all of the dogs that we ran into by name and I knew then that this building was going to be great!The view from the lounge is wonderful and the view from the higher floors are TO DIE for! It's also really conveniently close to a lot of great restaurants, a 10 minute walk to Sunset Beach and is near Nelson Dog Park! I highly recommend this building!

Our family loved living here! We lived at 1108 Pendrell for 18 months while we waited for our new home to be built. As previous homeowners, we were nervous about becoming renters again, but living in 1108 Pendrell was a truly wonderful experience. The units are smartly laid out, the building is incredibly clean, and the amenities are fantastic (shout-out to the Parcel Pending service, which we used with reckless abandon). Most of all, the building is managed by the most wonderful group of people, including Zoran & Ana, our building “mom & dad” who treated us like family (including our dog, who got a treat almost every morning). We will miss them dearly and can’t recommend the building enough to those looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-managed place to live. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We love living in this building! Zoran and Anna and the whole staff team are so caring and always put an incredible effort into making the building a home and community for everyone all year round, which makes it such a warm and friendly place to live. We have lived in a number of different buildings downtown and this is by far our favourite. Everything is well cared for, there is always new projects on the go to improve the building, and it is so easy to get help when needed. We spent ages trying to find a dog-friendly apartment in Vancouver and it was definitely worth it, dogs are definitely loved and appreciated in this building!

I love living here. This place is the best managed building I've ever lived in. The neighbors are wonderful, and the amenities are really good. I love the gym and the lounge. They keep it all very clean and the apartment is modern with everything that I need. Highly recommended

Living here, you get great value for what you pay. This is a pet-friendly premium building with premium service.As a long-term tenant, I always have peace of mind living here. I know that Zoran, Ana, and Tien always ensure that the building and my unit is in top shape. Tenants file a ticket on an app and it gets actioned on very quickly. Management fosters a sense of community by hosting social events, community gardening, refreshments at lobby etc.The gym is well equipped, bike rooms are secure and accessible, and the common room/amenities facility is top of the line.There needs to be a radical value proposition to get me to move out of this building.

We moved to Vancouver last year to work at St. Paul's Hospital and we couldn't live anywhere else. 1108 Pendrell is perfect for my family. It's really convenient, right in the downtown area, really close to all the shops and restaurants we like. There's a Shoppers right behind it, so it's really convenient when you need to buy something in the middle of the night. There's an Independent market two blocks away and a No Frills 10 minutes from the building. The building structure is really nice and there's a really well-equipped gym, as well as a lounge area where you can study or receive friends. The views are awesome too! You can see downtown core, English Bay area, as well as the mountains on the North. Everyone working here is really nice and kind. I'd like to thank Ana and Zoran for welcoming us since our first day here, as well as Sofia and Tien. You guys are great!
