Went there for a couple burrito meals and the lady taking our order didn’t know what she was doing. Told us to drive to the window and proceeded to take the next drive thru order. When we got to the window she tried to get us to pay when we didn’t even place a full order. She then just stared at us with a blank look until I asked her to get the manager. He came over and looked at “the order” and tried giving us a drink. We tried explaining to him we didn’t order yet and what happened and he asked why we needed a manager. This place needs proper management, proper customer service training and people who are a little better at speaking the English language when taking orders. Will not be going to this Taco Time again!

Not good food. The Beef and Cheese burrito, while appearing like any other burrito, was solely based around the well seasoned beef. These was an absence of cheese which did not sit well with me because of the name, beef and cheese burrito. Over all, 6/10

Signed up to receive free burrito promo. Tried paying for order through online and also on app. All my cards were declined. Drove to restaurant and explained all this to them. Worker at front counter had no idea and said flat out they wouldn’t honor the promo. Wowzers

I had ordered 5 tacos and the taco shells had mold!!!I do not recommend going there at all. I returned and got my money back and will never go to another taco time again. Btw I ate 4 before I turned the light on inside of my car and seen the mold. Dry old wraps on every one of the tacos I ate. If I didn't turn the light on I would have never noticed. I feel sick to my stomach and really hope I don't get food poising. I would give them no stars if I could....

The staff were nice & friendly, helpful & I got my food within a matter of minutes. I will definitely come back here again & recommend my friends & family to come here. They listened to what I wanted & this time I got it so I am giving them 5 stars.

When the owners are working everything is all good. Nice people. When they are gone and the son is running things the food and service are terrible. Night and day difference. I only eat here if the owners are working.

I ordered from here on Dec 31st 2021 and the 2 regular sized burritos had little to nothing on it. The meat was half of what I usually expect as I have ate here many times before. I also ordered a taco salad like I have many times before and it was a quarter full, when regularly its to the top at least. The bowl also only had half a teaspoon of cheese on it and super old and dark coloured guacamole. I payed $60 and couldn't figure out for the life of me what I was even paying for. I called to mention and they basically said I think we did it fine so talk to skip the dishes". In absolutely no way is this skip the dishes fault the driver just picked up and delivered and that was the only part that went well on this order. I eat here all the time but refuse to go back. I will wait for the new Taco Bell to open."

Been here twice this week I'm from Calgary and I am impressed with the food here I don't normal eat taco time but I am glad I came here ...staff are pleasant and food is supurb
