Active Furiends

Nicole has been wonderful walking my dad's dog Buddy. Buddy took to Nicole right away. Nicole often goes above and beyond with Buddy and his walk with her and her dog Hunter is the highlight ofhis day. She often send photos of Buddy enjoying himself. I would highly recommend Nicole.Deb

When I first met Nicole at Active Furiends with my dog Ember I was very impressed by her prompt response and calm demeanour. My pup can be nervous meeting new people (he prefers dogs to people) and has a big booming bark when he’s nervous. Nicole was so calm and relaxed and soon he was too. She has been fantastic with our pup Ember! She has excellent communication and always sends feedback on how the walk went and whether he did his “business”. I enjoy seeing the pictures from their walks and know when I get home that I have a relaxed, tired out pup! I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone!!

Nicole snd Renata are expert walkers and great people too! They helped me out as I recovered from an accident. Winston looked forward to his walk every day. He loved them and they loved him. I recommend them 100%.

I can not say enough good about Nicole. We have used her a few times since moving to Calgary. She is such a wholesome individual and absolutely wonderful with our 3 Frenchies. They are a handful to say the least! Nicole sends us regular updates with photos throughout the day. She treats our boys as her own, I’m never worried when she is with them. Our home is always so neat and tidy when we come back! Nicole goes the extra mile and checks in with us to make sure we have arrived home safely. I would absolutely recommend using Nicole for house sitting or any of your other fur baby needs! Thank you for everything Nicole!

Nicole has been a lifesaver! Scouty is a clever, 12y old Shiloh shepherd. Well set in his ways, single minded and comfortable with covid-era attention…two hands full! Nicole has watched him carefully and stayed flexible, yet firm. He’s met his match. He took to Nicole and four-leger Hunter immediately, even skipping off to the vet and boarding for short and longer stays without incident. He perks up whenever he hears her name! :D We are delighted to benefit from Nicole’s care and feel secure leaving Scout in good solid (and unbelievably strong!) hands. Nicole’s services are in a class of their own - gold stars!

We met Nicole a few months ago and she has been walking our young pup ever since! We were particular with who we left our dog with because of her high energy and some training needs that needed reinforcement. Nicole was so pleasant, open-minded, and flexible to what we needed. She took the time to meet us and our pup and fully understand what we were looking for in order to make sure it was a good fit. Since then, Nicole has been so kind, dependable, and eager to share pictures of our pup on individual walks, pack walks, and pup play dates. We trust her in our home and with our pup. We highly recommend Nicole as she takes care of our pup as well as we do, which is all we could have asked for! Thank you Nicole!

Nicole is amazing with our pups. She took care of them in our home for 2 weeks and sent lots of updates, took great care of our 2 crazy pups, and left our home immaculate. I recommend everyone who wants someone to care for their pups use Active Furiends!
