Rented a U Haul, kept for some extra days, but was charged a plethora of extra fees that were not mentioned or explained & charged me extra for gas even though I just fuelled it up to what was expected. Will not rent or go here again and will not recommend to anyone I know.

Guy attaches undisclosed fees and smirks at you while he overcharges you. I thought it was simply a bad day for him, but seeing all the other online reviews throughout the months, I can see the owner has no interest in customer retention or value. I did not experience any courtesy from anyone at this business. Will never come back.

Had Mike and his team check out a concern I had with my Power Steering. Determined to be a non issue which I suspected. Just wanted peace of mind. Asked him what I owed him for his time he responded no charge. That is customer service at its finest.

Recently needed to rent a Uhaul trailer and had to pick it up at Mikes in Shediac as they are also a Uhaul dealer. Mike the owner was super friendly and and very helpful. He ended up helping me save some money on the rental with a couple of suggestions. I definitely had a good experience at this location.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Not only are Mike's prices absolutely insane, he is extremely rude when questioned about them. I'm sure he's very nice if you just blindly hand over money to him though. So if you like giving away money go here. If you like honest mechanics, go elsewhere.
