That was the awful experience I got for the second time in Tracy’s nail salon. Less quality and nonsense charges. I will never come back.

My cuticles were filed off mechanically, it was very painful. My nails were not properly cleaned or taken care of. my hand was burning after the appointment ended. My nails started chipping two days after bio gel. Not for city girls. it’s better just to go to international nails in the area

I started coming here last year and I have been loving it! The ladies there are all very friendly and very skilled. I usually bring some design inspo and they recreate it spot on! The gel shellac easily last 3 weeks (which is rare for me cause my nails are super fragile) and their prices are very reasonable.

I have been coming here for years. You will never find a better place to get great service. Tracy is an amazing professional. Kimmi is a perfectionist at everything she does. All the ladies friendly and great at what they do. Also I should say top notch for being clean. Skip the REST !! If you want the BEST!!!!!

I have definitely had better quality pedi's. Decided to try this salon because it is close to the neighbourhood I just moved into. Sadly, I don't think I will be returning. The lady who served me rushed the entire process and as a result the quality lacked severely (the salon was not busy). Every single step she took lasted 1 second, such as the foot scrub, the filing, the painting, etc. my feet are still rough and dry. In the photo you can see the streakiness of the nail polish, how unevenly coated they are, and the specs of polish around my toes. Definitely wasn't worth the money. I gave 3 stars because the workers are nice.

This was my first time at Tracey's and I will not be returning. My biggest concern was disregard for COVID precautions - there was no enforcement of masking indoors (¼ employees and 3/5 customers were wearing no mask or a mask below the nose). The employee doing my mani/pedi was very nice. My pedicure is good, but my manicure polish isn't done uniformly. I am disappointed.

I got a pedicure here and honestly there’s a few things to mention- they look like they are decently sanitizing the place because they had a bag covering over the foot bath and when the lady finished my pedi she took it out and replaced it for if someone else came in so that was good!- the pedicure took very little time which is good yes and understandable because it’s a walk in salon, they want their clients in and out but they don’t take their time doing the pedicure so you don’t get your money’s worth. I’m only giving 3 stars because the lady that did my pedicure was nice and when I arrived she took me right away and asked me what I wanted. If your in the area and don’t mind a half job than go there but honestly I wouldn’t plan to come here again unless I’m in the area

The lady doing my nails left me in the middle of my session to do someone else's feet... after getting her attention she then tried to touch my feet using the same gloves she was wearing to do another persons feet... very unsanitary. Will not being going back. Only positive was the massage chair.

The nails were decent, the ladies thorough, the cost economically effective, but not the cleanest set up and the ladies wouldn't talk to me (when I was being friendly), but kept speaking to eachother in their mother tongue. I thought being actively ignored was rude. I would recommend going if you don't care about having a relationship with your esthetician and aren't bothered by a bit of mess.
