Took an IELTS test last weekend at one of your test locations at Granville St. It's my first time attending the test. Which means a lot to me. Hadn't practiced quite a lot. Was a bit nervous on-site, and didn't know the test procedures very well. Your staff, they helped a lot. Was perfectly do kind to me. Guided me with patience, and avoided other attendees being affected. Thanks! Keep on going!

The location of centre is really convinient. The staff is supportive and friendly and everything was conducted in a systematic manner. No rush and no delays. The instructions were loud and clear and immediate support was provided when asked.The quite environment allowed me to focus and score really well in my IELTS exam.

I am writing to inform everyone of my dissatisfaction with the delay in paying the EOR refund cheque. My band score was changed very much after a reevaluation request!!! and they should have refunded the money.I wrote to them multiple times; unfortunately, they did not respond for a long time. As they had said, I should have received an EOR refund cheque after 3 weeks; Not only have they not given it after a long time, but also they did not answer my emails. Besides their first evaluation was unfair so it endangered my future. That is awful!!!If I could choose zero stars, I would definitely give it to them.

Overall great experience. The staff members were polite, friendly and very supportive. The complete process was very smooth, with no wait time, the covid safety protocols were properly followed. The examination hall was perfect, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Took an exam in September 2022. I was looking for a nice place with good review for my first computer based ielts test. I have taken 3 or 4 ielts test with papers before, and i needed a faster test result this time so I chose to take the test with computers. At first I was extremely anxious as I'm old so I am not familiar with taking a test on a computer. However, with the nice staffs, I could do it well. The testing center was nice and neat, staff were professional and so forth. I can simply say that I was satisfied with everything.

I gave IELTS test in January 2022, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Coast English Testing Center. The staff was really nice and they seemed to be professionals. Everything was organized well and staff provided good service. The place itself was quite with no unnecessary disturbances. I would highly recommend Coast English Testing to everyone out there who is planning on booking a test.

Coast English Testing - IELTS Test Centre
I took my Ielts test on Oct 8, 2022 at Guilford elementary school, Surrey. The examiners and the other staff were very respectful and efficient. The headphones provided at the exam center were working great too. My speaking test was also conducted on the same day. The examiner who took my speaking test was also nice. I got my results on 13th day after my test.Overall, I had a great experience with Coast English Testing. So, I will definitely recommend this to other people who want to give Ielts test.
