Garages et Cabanons Fontaine

I had a pretty great experience with Cabanons Fontaine: first, when going to the store and dealing with seller Justin, he took the time to guide me through all options when choosing my shed. He didn't pressure me or push me into anything, just let me ask all of my questions and explained me all the details of choosing a shed. After that, the company made a thorough follow up through email: confirmed payment details, contract details, shed selection details. All that was done before they build the shed, to ensure the manufacture went well. I then got contacted about installation and had to provide several details to ensure the installation went on smoothly ahead of time (pictures, work ground details, etc). On the day of installation, everything went smoothly and installators knew what they were doing, final assembly was done without issues or surprises. I'm really satisfied with all the support provided by Cabanons Fontaine's staff, sell team and installator. If I had to mention a few things that could be improved: 1 - I had to call 2 times to understand the installation timeline, this could maybe be made more transparent (took about 2 months from purchase to installation), 2 - some of the wood used in pre manufacture had minor defects/seemed recycled. Not a big problem, but a higher quality would result in better aesthetics in final product.

Have them to build a shed.5 years we are running after them for a roof problem. Every time they say they will come to fix it.Worst service ever under warranty. Do not recommend at all.

Getting the cabanon delivered and installed was a bit of an issue. Covid and weather did not help. Having said that, the install team was great and our project manager (Martin) was in constant communication with us on install date.

The cabana came out better than we expected, thank you Cabanons Fontaine, to Pier-Luc, Julianne and team! Excavation did their thing in one day, the Cabanon installers also did their role in one day. Both teams came back to either double check and clean-up. Totally recommended!

Worst company to deal with. These guys booked my garage in the province of Ontario. They shared with me a drawing which the city didn't accepted to review, because it missed the necessary engineer signature. Because of their inexperience my project got delayed. On top of that they are NOT paying my refund.Not a trustworthy company to deal with. Neither with their expertise nor with their customer service. I suggest not to pay them a deposit till the drawing gets approved. I am waiting for months at their mercy to refund my deposit amount.

Installation guys were very professional and punctual.

So far I am happy with the install. The installers were professional and courteous. I was not happy that my Garage door on the shed is missing and have to wait for completion.
