I was served by Katherine today. I had an incredible experience with her! All the checkmarks were checked off with her from her sincere willingness to help, her professionalism, her attentiveness, her knowledge, and i could go on !! I have tried so many various glasses from many different stores but as soon as I made contact with her, everything changed. It was a very pleasant and very helpful and most pleasant experience that I had. It was actually the last glasses store amongst many that I had visited. I don't fancy glasses and was exhausted with trying on so many different pairs from so many different stores. I was about to throw in the towel and give up if it wasn't due to my wonderful experience with Katherine.Her sincerity and honesty were what really made the difference between me either not buying glasses at all or go somewhere else.Thank you very much Katherine!!

I love this place. There are a lot of options for all types of faces. You can find modern glasses, good quality, good prices, and good CS. I've bought glases there twice, and I had an excellent CS. I went last week because my glasses were broken by my child and they helped me to repair them for free

Great frames, staff helpful, professional and good at what they do.Prices were very good- lower than any others I had seen, and the fit was perfect- the eye wear is fun- and appropriate for me.

If you want to experience top-notch customer service, then you need to seek guidance from David Asselin. Despite the complexity of my case, this optician was able to provide me with suitable solutions for every obstacle. He displayed a genuine interest in my situation and his caring approach came with a positive attitude. I was greatly impressed by his service that I felt compelled to write this review.

Customer service is just incredible over there. The girl and the young guy that helped me today were extremely nice, very helpful and patient despite it being a little crowded there. Affordable and nice glasses on top of it. Thank you again for fixing my glasses!

The staff is nice and helpful -BUT I had a mediocre experience with Bonlook. My glasses came in and the left lens was popping out of the frame (as seen in picture), so I went to the store to get them adjusted and the optometrist said that they made the lens too big for the frame which is why it wouldn't sit flush like the right side. So she apologized and placed a re-order, which came in a couple weeks later and this time BOTH lenses were sticking out of the frame. So I sent photos to the customer service and after a month of back and forth emails they eventually offered to comp me 50% of my order and then they placed a 3rd re-order. This week I finally received my 3rd pair and unfortunately, one of the lenses is STILL not made to fit flush with the frame. I honestly, really wanted to see them nail it and they didn't. Not to mention, each pair of glasses I got seemed to come from a different manufacturer because the first pair was shiny black with chrome arms, the second pair was shiny black with brushed steel arms and the third pair was matte black with brushed steel arms and the angle of the actual lenses was completely different, as if the mould changed. At this point, for me, Bonlook is 0/3. I appreciate the discount they offered me but it wasn't worth 2 months of back and forth, only to end up with three pairs of cheap glasses none of which have properly made lenses so I'm not going to wear any of them. I don't know if other people had similar experiences, I know a company has to cut corners to offer glasses at such competitive prices but you really do get what you pay for here. It's safe to say I won't be buying at Bonlook again, nor will I be referring anyone here.

The staff at Bon Look Laval provided great service. Choosing the perfect pair of glasses isn’t easy and Katherine T. did a wonderful job helping me select a pair I love.
