Not sure about the quality of service. I contacted PMML for the intention to purchase a plex and both brokers who got back to me are not proactive and one seemed confused about who I were after I called back after a missed call.All the Youtube videos seem professional but behind the scenes, there are brokers who are either treating potential prospects as a number; in other words, you don't feel being valued even if you have the equity to do business and buy a plex.

Sends everyone on the emails list with buildings that are already sold or with already accepted offer. May 11th 2021 email sent out and I inquired on the same day and was informed that it was no longer available.Website not updated with many buildings already sold out.

If you are looking to transact multiplexes or commercial properties, PMML is the best option. Compared to regular listings, the data they provide in their listings is in another level. It will save you tons of time. They have commercial real estate brokers and commercial mortgage brokers so a one stop shop for everything.The only improvement on their website would be to have:- Better search with more criteria- Status on their listings so that we know if a property is already sold or already has an accepted offer.So far, I have purchased 4 multifamily buildings with the help of team Samuel Lapointe. The service was great. I totally recommend them.
