Stopped in to get a part that wasn’t sold separately unfortunately, so they kindly looked to see if they had a good used one that they could sell me and I could take the perfectly fine part from it! Thank you very much! Great service when you didn’t have to go that “extra mile.”

Tiernan was amazing. Came out as quick as possible, visited a couple times to make sure he had the exact problem before doing unnecessary repairs. He also did not install any new parts if not necessary but instead cleaned old ones to make them work properly. If anything ever goes wrong with any of my appliances, I would use him again.
