Pathetic customer Service by the girl at front desk. Would never recommend this store

Staff was absolutely so kind, they got the work done so quick and efficiently as well. If it weren’t for them, I don’t think I would’ve found what I needed, will be coming more often!

I store went against retail policy.I bought a dress from you guys which had a price tag of red sticker for $24.99However your assistant manager charged me $35.99 and said that this was not on discount and was extremely rude and kept talking back to me while others were watching and completely embarrass me. she said that this was not the price and that she cannot make any adjustment. I told her that usually it’s a retail policy to honour the price that you have put on your tag. Your assistant manager was very argumentative and to be honest I felt very uncomfortable and completely humiliated in the tone and the way she spoke with me in front of others. I asked her to speak with her manager, she walked away and came back and said I called the manager and no we cannot do anything for you. I asked for the manager‘s business card he said no I don’t have any. Finally I asked her to write down the managers name, The managers name is Faria. She said she spoke with her manager which was not in my site and said no absolutely we cannot change the price. it wasn’t so much about the $10 difference it was more about the customer service and the treatment I received from the store. I will not be returning back to the store but I think you need to do some thing with your employees and how they treat their customers. If this is how you treat customers it won’t be long before you might not have a lot of customers in your store as you guys are already struggling.The store location is on 128 and 88th Surrey BC. Sales person 888888I still bought the dress but it’ll be the last time I shop there if nothing is done about this experience.

I always do my shopping here . Customer services were really good before . Last time I had a horrible experience with the people working there. They were so rude. Today I had a phone conversation with the assistant manager and she was the most rudest person ever I met. She was cuttting my words and didn’t even like to listen what I was saying. When I requested her to repeat the phone number again she just hung up . This kind of person will destroy the business. She should be called by the head office to correct her attitude and behaviour. I am not going there anymore.

Worst place to shop. A woman working here rudely grabbed glasses that my 2 year old daughter was trying . Probably she thought kid was going to break it but my kid was not doing anything like that.

I usually go to the guildford town reitmans. But today I went to this location and was so disappointed. The girls were busy discussing their schedule. No one bothered to say hello,or excuse me girl just bumped into me while working,no help was offered. I grabbed a bunch of clothes to try and needed different size but no one came to check if we were doing good with sizes. Would never go back here.I love guildford location girls are fantastic there.

Be careful customer, if you remove tag, they are not going to return or exchange even items not fit for you. Very pathetic service looks like almost no return policy from shop.

I've been to this store several times now and the experience just gets better and better. The manager is lovely and obviously hires like minded sales clerks and they are all outstanding. They spend all the time you need with them offering suggestions and care. They know their stuff. I haven't seen customer service like this in years and I've got to tell you it's very refreshing. I was in there for a couple of hours today and it felt like a great afternoon with friends. Thank you to all the staff for such a rewarding experience.

They have a nice selection & style of women's clothing & it used to be one of my favourite places to shop. During my recent visit (I hadn't been there since the start of the pandemic) I found a nice jumper in the sale section, but didn't have time to try it on. They've always had a great return/exchange policy so I figured I would buy it and try it on at home so I got in line to purchase it. I noticed as people were making purchases, the lady behind the counter was quite rude & short with the customers. I also noticed that with each customer she barked at them that the item(s) they were purchasing were final sale. So I was puzzled because as far as I knew being a long time customer, not much if anything was ever final sale. So just as it was coming up on my turn, I asked if sale items were final sale & she said yes. She said anything discounted is final sale. I asked since when? She responded with quite some time now. So, I put the jumper away & left the store. Unfortunately I cannot support a business that does not allow their customers to change their mind.

I bought so many items last week and went to exchange only one item. i had the original receipt and original tag with that item. The tag had been off so i reattached it but still it was unused and brand new item. The staff at till and the manager (as she said that she is manager) was so rude, arrogant and ill-mannered. They talked very rudely and refused to exchange or return. I wish i never visited that place as i had my small kids with me who were so stressed out by their rudeness with me. It was a horrible and pathetic experience. My visit was on 20th Feb 2022 at 1600.
