2/20 I was in Albert Lea when I missed an object in the road. Hit part of it & tire exploded. Used T & W Towing to get car to tire shop. Driver Jared was Awesome!! Quick to pick up, friendly service & very knowledgeable! Ended up needing rim as did another driver who hit similar object. They provided both of us with rims - one was alloy & mine was steel Turns out there was about 7 of us that all hit something MN DOT deposited!! Not a fun day but the folks at T & W made it so much smoother & I met some incredible business folk that care about their customers!! Don't see that much these days! Highly recommend!!

I was having a very bad day and ended up in the ditch just outside Albert Lea. I called T & W to pull me out of the ditch. I wasn't gonna make it to my son's basketball game and I had about had enough bad stuff happen in one day for the rest of the year. When I called Amber answered the phone and said that Jared would be coming to assist me. Amber must have been able to sense I was having a bad day and she stayed on the phone with me and we talked until Jared arrived. Since I was so close to town he was there in very little time. It might have only been 5 minutes but definitely not more than 10 minutes but it was the fact Amber talked with me made me feel so much better and I was so grateful for her kind and supportive words. She made a positive difference in my day. It's a little bit of kindness made a huge difference to me. Thank you

I was in an accident on on 35W in Albert Lea and Jared from T&W was our tow truck driver. He was top notch! He was quick to the scene, made fast decisions to keep us safe, empathetic of our situation, and helped us figure out what to do next. Overall we had a good experience with T&W through Jared!

We were passing through (pulling out 41 foot 5th wheel) when we hit a turkey that messed up the truck. Chad and Nick were AMAZING and made the whole process a lot less painful than it could have been. Thank you so much for suggesting having the camper towed to the local KOA while the truck is being repaired. I would highly recommend this company.

I called about a tough job that I had moving a mobile home. The ground was incredibly soft and I knew that I would get stuck. We were able to work out a plan and a reasonable price for him to come winch the truck and house.We didn't actually get together on this because the client chose to wait. However, I will gladly call again the next time I need a tow in southern Minnesota

Great service. Jared showed up fast and got the motorcycle up and off the interstate quickly. Will definitely use this company again.

This guy Alex is brilliant. Excellent service. He is very knowledgeable. He kept me warm in freezing conditions while he worked on towing my truck. A constant smile on his face.Definitely 5 star

Great service. Driver knew exactly what to do to not mess up our truck when towing to our home (at midnight)! Excellent customer service, his upbeat personality made the experience fun and less stressful!

I rolled my car into the ditch which left myself with a concussion, my girlfriend with a bruised and sore shoulder, and her cousin in a neck brace who need her purse from the car asap since it had all her medical information and other things. We made an insurance claim at the hospital the insurance company called the next afternoon in which we were told to get a picture of the receipt and email it to the insurance lady so they could take care of the bill and that I should grab my belongings from my car. We went inside explaining that and instead of hearing what we had to say the repeatedly said that that's not how it works that not there policy. Barley able to speak or get a word out saying we were wrong. Giving them the insurance number, claim, whatever else they would need in order to get things sorted but instead we were told to leave and we could deal with things over the phone. Calling the police and telling us we needed to get out. While in the same breath saying that they would speak to me the owner of the vehicle and never let me say anything. Then the cops arrived and for the first time in the 30 mintues I was there they listened to what I had to say and the insurance was called within a few mintues I was able to get not only my belongings but my friends purse from the car who needed her things. Overall I've never witnessed such unprofessional and racially profiled behavior from staff, not only was it the older woman behind the counter I think her name was Amber but they called in the boy who drive the tow trucks I think his name was Dustin to escort us out. Simply because it normally takes longer for ones insurance claim to go through. Shout out to the Albert lea Police department and all there helpfulness.When we walked in we said hi to your puppies, we came to the counter and explain what she (the insurance woman) had said to us not once but twice, after being interrupted multiple times by your staff saying we weren't understanding and then repeating themselves in other words talking down to us about your policy. Yes she explained that she was getting irrated. Along with your basic information it was also given. The claims number. The name of the lady we spoke to. The name of our insurance and the fact I had full coverage. That was all given to your staff before the tried to kick her out. You say she was irrational? Your staff Amber was hostile. Rude. Disrespectful. As for at the scene it was my dad a white man so for you to say that there was no racial profiling before it was even received to your lot has nothing to do with the experience and atmosphere of my visit in your office. So yes I am claiming racism. Throughout your whole responds to my message you twist the story to fit your own benefit, there is no reading between the lines your staff is unprofessional and should be retrained in customer care.

Working with T &W Towing was so easy! They were so nice and patient with me, and when Nick came to tow the car, he was courteous and just great. Would recommend them to everyone
