Everything they gave me was affected. NOT EVEN ONE ITEM was good enough to be served. This is unbelievable and cannot be acceptedThe order is ruined in many ways:1. It supposed to be buy 1 get 1 but i only got 12. the Coleslaw was extremely terrible. As you can see in the photo, the portion was very bad, not even 1/2 the cup. The taste was like it was made last week.3. Even I only got 1 chicken rice. The taste was like someone's vomit. The curry was super salty and bad. The rice was cold and solid. The chicken maybe the best in the worst, still had a bit taste but salty and kinda stale .Conclusion: They gave me the worst dish ever since I've been using uber eat.

I wanted to bring to your attention the quality of your Fried Chicken at your Sunrise location in Mississauga, in the Rockwood Mall. The Fried Chicken specifically is having issues. Regularly the chicken has a seriously burnt taste. This is not a one-off occurrence, but almost a regular occurrence now, to find the Fried Chicken specifically, tasting like this especially during the evening hours. If there's anything that can be done to help this, it would be greatly appreciated as I'm a regular customer and absolutely love your food when it's cooked to the standards that I know you hold high.Thank you for your help and time,Super Supporter

This is my second time going to this restaurant and its always just a good experience! It was lunch time and I notice that the lady was only working alone during rush hour. She managed everything so quickly even the people that are ordering for takeout! She should honestly get a raise for her hardwork! Goodjob! The food was good too!

This Sunrise is better than most I'vebeen to. Oxtail was perfect and so was the fried chicken. The nice lady made my husband's oxtail extra spicy for him at his request. Will be returning frequently even though it's like 20 mins from where we live.

I ordered jerk chicken with white rice and stew chicken with white rice. The jerk chicken was missing the jerk and the rice was undercooked. In the stew chicken plate I got a piece of chicken back, a chicken neck, the bottom half of a chicken leg bone and some chicken skins. The rice was also undercooked. Both plates were thrown out. This was my first time eating there and it will be my last. I gave them 1 star because zero was not an option.

I am not a picky eater but the Dixie location is really bad. It seems this location reheats/precooks food from the day before. I had their fried chicken and the meat inside was oily and crispy. It tasted very stale. Today, I purchased their breakfast. The porridge was fron the pot bottom. It was very lumpy. The dumpling was very oily. And the oil didn't look clean. When i squeeze on the napkin it was dark. I had okra and saltfish and it was very cold. I will not be going to this location again. The food doesn't taste like it's cooked fresh daily.

It’s too late to see the little porcupine like objects sticking out of one of my chicken thighs that I didn’t catch before eating, i just saw one of my chicken still had those filaments so I took the entire parts off the chicken‘s skin on that area and garbage it and I feel bad thinking my fave chicken wasn’t clean enough to eat.Sunrise Jerk chicken is one of my fave Jamaican dish and I don’t want to think that your food aren’t clean because of that. I recommend to just pluck them out before cooking. That’s the only negative I can say. Server are accommodating compared to Brampton restaurant most of the servers are rude. I am not happy most of the time when I go to that restaurant. Anyways, I like your server though. I have no issue at all.

What a GEM !! My new GO-TO place in town from now on. The flavours are layered just right and they keep on coming with every bite. I love the deep earthy notes to the jerk chicken followed by the spice on the back end! What an amazing meal. I tip my hat in the chef's direction. Also to the lady serving the food, you are amazing and an example for many to aspire to! Thank you !!!
