Foot Locker

Went in to purchase a pair of shoes today there was a short Asian guy that was very helpful and polite. However there was an Indian looking girl at the cash with a ponytail that I found to be stuck up as I was waiting to pay she looked right at me ignored me and went to offer help to someone else who already paid and had a bag in his hand and was having a conversation with an employee. The other employee told her I was standing there waiting and to cash me out as I approached the counter I said Hi and she ignored me after I paid and collected my bag I said thank you and she ignored me again. Her customer service skills towards me were terrible. And according to my receipt her name was Nisha ..She seemed very stuck up. But thanks to the young man who did help me.

My son went to purchase a pair of shoes on his own, went in with his own money, paid with a 100 dollar bill that was folded in his phone case. The store clerk scrutinized the dollar bill for several minutes and then told him that next time she would not accept the payment if it was folded. This attitude is unacceptable. He did nothing wrong and there was no reason for him to be treated like this and made to feel like he did something wrong. As if she is doing him a favor by by accepting legitimate payment for a purchase..

I purchased Nike KYRIE VII from this store in the month of July 2021. I purchased this shoes for my 12 years of boy. After one and half month of occasional use it scattered so badly. Laces strips ripped badly and ankle rim ripped like shoes are bought from thrift store.I went to the manager at Squire One store the place from where I bought this pairs; she decline to take the responsibility. I asked her about the durability of the product, she was speechless. I request her to repair it which she denied.Friends, please don't buy shoes form Foot Locker as I believe they are selling China made third grade merchandise in higher price.Thanks to all,

Horrible brand.. Very unprofessional! There is like 10 staff standing there. Very rude. I made the order to be picked up for pickup before i travel. Very casually they told me the order is not ready and not sure it will be shipped to the store. Don't order online and don't go to the store. Useless

On Father’s Day 2023, my teenage son bought a pair of Adidas track pants as a gift for me while on sale. He was asked to provide his email & phone number in return for a $10 credit off his first purchase. So he provided the requested info to the cashier. She rang up the sale but did NOT give him the $10 discount as promised. I went back with my son and asked the cashier why she didn’t give him the $10 off. She said that he must do a survey in order to get the $10 off. I told her that was clearly NOT explained to him and beside I got the same $10 off earlier without having to do any surveys. I asked to see the manager to which she identified herself as the store manager. She steadfastly refused to give my son the $10 credo back. So I demanded to have the item refunded. She told me that I must go back to end of the line and when I asked her for her name she refused to give it. We went to end of the line and made the return with another sales associate. He told me her name is Nisha P. and that I should file an official complaint with HQ

I would rate this place a zero if possible. I went in with my oldest daughter and she was so excited to get this new pair of Nike Air. Not only we had to literally chase someone to bring us a size but the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt uncomfortable. We asked for size 4, and depending on which person you've asked they would either have it or not . Absolutely outrageous! I guess owner/ manager doesn't really care about their customers because from the reviews that I have read all the people who took the time to leave one were in the same or similar situation

The store is beautiful and the employees were very helpful. Would be PERFECT if they add mirrors in the fitting area. Still, I rate it 5 star.

Absolutely rediculous experience. Staff is completely incompetent and full of attitude. Was given the wrong shoe initially. Brought the shoes back only to be given the wrong size. Thankfully I looked in the box to check. After that they brought the completely wrong shoe for the third time!!!! Zero apologies, just attitude from 2 different staff members. This happened on Monday January 9th at 11am.

Amazingly rude and indifferent staff who care Zero for customer service. This one rep had a verbal duel with a customer. Issue was the customer tried some shoes and did not put the shoes back in the box and hand it to the staff - seriously? Little did I know that the same guy will end up arguing with us. Shoes we wanted were not in stock. One staff helped us locate it at the Shoppers World and said we could order from this store and pick it up from there. Cashier took all our info for 5 mins and then says she cannot order. Reasons were frivolous and it was just amazing how the staff just didn’t care and treated almost all customers with disdain and utter disrespect.

I would honestly rate this one guy zero star if I could. I have never been disgusted this much for exchanging/ returning an item. I bought gift for my sister and the size did not fit her, so went for an exchange. My sister decided not to keep the shoes so I returned it. The guy at cash was so arrogant. I asked him if he needs original receipt to return but he ignored me and started issuing the gift card. I told him that I have original receipt and would like the refund on my card. He arrogantly said why you put the gift receipt in the box, like dude where is your common sense? It was a gift. He did the refund and told me that I will have to take the gift receipt with me because his garbage is full. I told him to toss it but he was like no you have to take it. I confronted him about being arrogant and he got loud. Like seriously? Foot locker either hire better employees or stop selling products if you can’t stand by your own policies. If i am spending money at your store, I have the right to return or exchange my item. I am not visiting any foot locker ever again. Worst experience ever.
