Pretty good. Actually really good. The prices were fair, food was fresh, service was excellent, and the place was really clean. I had the Medium Rare Pho and my lovely date had a Vietnamese Sub. I loved my pho and she loved her sandwich. Highly recommended if you are in this neck of the woods.

Pho Thai Hoa is a standard Pho restaurant. It has all the usual items like Bahn Mi (pretty good), pho (nothing special), dishes on rice or vermicelli (ok), specialty dishes (pretty good) and flavoured drinks (excellent but sugary).The decor is eclectic but not unpleasant, they are not spending too much money overdoing it here. Bathrooms were clean with no odour. Service was so so, our server was clearly a novice at his job.Parking is from free street parking in the area. It is on Kingsway for Transit.Pricing is ok.

I recommend banh cuon (except the rice roll part is a bit off). Everything else is just okay, very plain or not crispy enough. Wait time is quick! Restaurant/washroom is clean and great service

Pho Thai Hoa has been one of our favourite budget Vietnamese restaurants for a long time. This is where I discovered Banh Uot. Listed under Appetizers, it was a full meal with four large steamed rice rolls, Vietnamese ham, and some greens. It had been a while so we decided to try take out. Unfortunately they don’t serve Banh Cuon Chay for now and have simplified the menu, understandably, during covid. They also don’t serve Khay Banh Hot which was also delicious and good value.We went with three Pho Tai, one Bun Bo Hue, and some Cha Gio.Service was friendly. I was honestly really impressed with how they packaged everything. The beef for the pho was portioned in plastic wrap which I think gave equally consistent portions. The put the hoisin and Sriracha sauces into one container so just ask for them separate if you want. The Bun Bo Hue also had a good amount of protein with seven slices of brisket, one small pork hock, four slices of Vietnamese ham, and one chunk of something I couldn’t actually identify ;-) The soup was oily but researching the dish, it is finished with spicy chilli oil. There was a lot of lemongrass and the noodles were thick, both as should be.The spring rolls seemed over fried/tough but that may have been from them steaming in the box for the 30 minute ride home. I would suggest if you will travel a bit with the food to get the fresh rolls instead.I hope once this pandemic is over they serve Banh Uot and Khay Banh Hot again.*The menu in my pics is the simplified one during covid.Daniel

This place isn't too bad. The banh mi is pretty good but most of the times they sell out near the end of the day. The first time I went, I was really happy with the service and food. The second time I went, I felt like the quantity of the noodles were half of the amount of first time. The bun bo hue was a bit more tangy but not too bad but the pho is good. A nice place to have a quick bite.

As far as Vietnamese restaurants go, this is a solid choice! Good variety in dishes! Quality preparation! Below is the Cambodian style noodles.

If you are looking for good pho don't come here. The meat in the pho is old and one of the worse pho i had in my life. The customer service was really bad too.I don't recommend this place for anything.. Try to avoid this place for food.

Picture of the food is not the same as the food you will get so be prepared. However the smoothies are delicious.
