Memorial Peace Park & Bandstand | Maple Ridge, BC | Memorial Peace Park is located in the downtown core on 224 Street between Lougheed Highway and Dewdney Trunk Road; conveniently surrounded by City Hall, the Leisure Centre, the Greg Moore Youth Centre, The ACT Arts Centre and Haney Place Mall. Fountains adorn the 224 Street entrance and guide you past the Cenotaph and Bandstand. Within the park you will find spectacular gardens, open green space, seating areas and public art works by local artists. Memorial Peace Park was developed to be a true community gathering place. On any given day you will find individuals, groups and families enjoying time at the park.

Memorial Peace Park Spirit Square
Nice park, located downtown Maple Ridge. It's close to the library, city hall, Service Canada, Walmart, some restaurants and other stores.There are some shady areas with tables and benches.It is also where the Haney farmers Market is held on Saturday in the summer.

Memorial Peace Park Spirit Square
My wife was setting up and taking down a vendor location so we spent most of Canada day at the park. It was nice to see so many people out and with it being outdoors it felt relatively covid safe. The big flag was set up by the fire department on their ladder. Lots of decent music entertainment etc.

A small park in the very middle of downtown Maple Ridge. A respite from the cement of a downtown core more than a regular full-size park. Often used for community events.

Glow at Memorial Peace Park was beautiful this year! Since we've moved to Maple Ridge in 2019, this has been our new family tradition to come up to the park to take in the gorgeous lights near the holidays! Thank you to the Municipal of Maple Ridge and all for making this possible. You make this a special place to come with family and loved ones to enjoy the lights and music!

Lo, the land given to us by thy city above boasts the superb ability to be a point of congregation for any of thou's needs, many times have I met my party upon these grounds. Though be wary, the side from which the sun sets brings greater terror than the side that the sun rises. This is due to the scoundrels and brigands that loiter upon these lands. Though worry not if thou has ample prescence to keep them away.

Great family event on Canada Day 2022. The atmosphere in the park was once again happy after a couple of years.
