The Lift SuperStore

Ordered four post lift two weeks ago. Delivered and installed a week ago as scheduled. Great product and a great install. Great customer service. Looking forward to using it for servicing my cars as well as storage.

Needed a reliable hoist for working on my HD pick-up truck and found this company online. After a few discussions with The Lift Superstore on what would suit needs the best (plus what was needed to modify for space in garage), ordered the 5 tonne/11,000 lb two-post lift.It arrived soon after by transport truck (picked up from local truck yard) and was a simple set up for 2 people once we had the floor ready (post bolts). After dealing with a fairly minor issue to a part that was damaged during shipping (handled courteously and promptly by the guys at TLS) and was up and running within a couple of days once everything was assembled.It's been a godsend for my back, arms and legs to not have to crawl under my truck anymore to do maintenance or repairs. I looked at virtually all of the car lift products on the market and found that the units made and sold by The Lift Superstore to be the best, made with North American parts such as the hydraulics etc. and with added features such as metal, not plastic drip trays. I choose the 8,000 pound Rerstomod" unit with aluminium ramps for its superior locking mechanism. The factory installers did a great job

Called them looking for some generic lift parts, but because I didn't purchase my lift from them, they were extremely unhelpful, to the point of rudeness. Gave the fellow dimensions of what I needed, but he showed no interest in cross referencing or being helpful in any fashion. Glad I didn't purchase my lift from them.

Recently purchased a second hoist at the Lift Superstore. Great product , knowledgable staff. I have just sold my original hoist so I can replace it with another new hoist from the Lift Superstore.Thank you Harold for the great experience.Steve

from start to finish, Kirk, our sales representative, was very informative about what car lift would suit our needs. The time frames, up to date notices and prices were spot on. I was charged a significant sum of money for an installation of a car lift that never happenedI contacted the company for installation of a Single Post Platform Parking lift in our garage. They refused to come over for the estimate and asked for my own measurements instead. I send them everything they asked for - measurements, pictures etc. They confirmed twice that all good and requested a full payment in advance for everything including delivery and installation. Contractors came over month later and they told me they would not be able to install the lift as the base of the post would not feet. I have never seen an actual lift.The company refused to make any adjustments and offered a refund. However, they deducted $1,751.50 from the refund amount for THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION!!! Just to be clear – there was no terms in our agreement that allowed them to act like that. And no installation. But the most disturbing was the way they handled this situation.They claimed it was our fault the lift did not fit because we “did not visit the store to check the materials prior to production.” This was not true. My husband did visit the shop and saw the lift but he knows nothing about the installation process in order to understand would they be able to install it or not. Nobody mentioned anything to him at the time.Their other story was that our measurements were wrong (in spite of the fact there are text messages confirming that according to our measurements there are enough room for two lifts ).It was their job and responsibility to consider every technical detail for Installation of the lift but they did not and they made me pay for their negligence.If you do not want to deal with dishonest business owner, go somewhere else. In any case, never pay a full amount until the job is done because those guys have no honour.Some update and advice after a few months of trying to get my money back and filing a few complaints. Keep all communications in writing just in case (text, emails). It is hard to believe it, but in order to justify their actions they lie endlessly. They look at the screenshot of their own text and keep saying it did not happen or happened otherwise. They quote" your response that never existed. Disgusting. How low can you get?"

I bought a 9000 lb 2 post lift directly from the Oakville location. Prior to my purchase, salesman David Essex quickly responded to all of my numerous questions via email. He met me Saturday morning at 8 to finalize the deal. He and the forklift operator waited patiently while I quickly constructed a wooden jig in the back of my pickup truck to protect the box.It took me approximately seven or eight hours the following Saturday to fully assemble my new lift and get it up and running. I did this alone with assistance for about an hour from my teenage daughter.I'm very happy with the service and the lift.

From the email correspondence to the showroom and sale and delivery and installation was excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience. This was the last part of a major garage project and of all the trades and services I have dealt with the Lift superstore was the best. Thank you to Anthony and Kirk and Bobby. You guys rock. I love my new 4 post extra high lift. Installation was top notch and a good demo with all questions answered. This is what I expect from a professional company. A1Thanks again guysMike
