Pros: Friendly, efficient, and knowledgable staff that listened to me, answered all my questions and did not try to sell me vaccines or supplies i didnt need. I had a very positive experience and will definetely come back.Cons: pay parking on site and the clinic's travel consult hours are very limited so it could be difficult to get an appointment right away if you work full time, but this is a small inconvenience for the great service offered.

They were perfect. I went to 5 clinics to get few vaccines but no-one was willing to give me the vaccines!Called these guys up....they worked around their schedule to get me in the same day (life savers!). The nurse (kal i think) was great. Gave me all the information regarding the vaccines and also instructed me on what to expect for next couple of days.

I will not be coming to this center for my rapid test ever again, the lady up front at the desk was very rude. She said the the results will be emailed to us, I said I wanted to wait for the results and she told my wife, myself and daughter to go for a walk or wait outside nit in the office. It seem that place like this only want your money. The nurse who provided the test was extremely helpful and said it's ok to wait in the office, but I guess she does not know what policy is. I feel that it should a sign on the door saying once your test is done get out" I would not recommend that anyone come to this center if your paying more the $240 for 3 test the lady up front should respect you. They need to get policy and procedures signs up and maybe fraserhealth needs to come by and see that covid 19 policy are followed. I an a Health care worker and know of more the a few policy not being followed."

The information provided was general and the doctor's seemed distracted and inattentive to my questions and concerns. A consultation costs $45, and should therefore supply the client with a good understanding of the environment they will be travelling in, what to look out for, and information on the required vaccines. All I received was a general pamphlet on travellers info, a prescription for immodium and the doctor's bad attitude.

Just spoke to the receptionist regarding booking a tb skin test and he was so rude. Don't work as a receptionist if you're going to answer questions sarcastically.

I Went in there expecting to spend a lot on vaccines for my SE Asia trip but the doctor ended up saving me bunch of money by recommending me to get some of my shots in Thailand. Well worth the $50 consultation fee as the doctor spent half an hour with me planning my trip. Also was able to get basic booster shots that are covered by MSP. Would highly recommend if you are able to get the same female doctor I had.

Not sure why this place has 3.5 stars, staff are very knowledgeable, shots are almost painless, very easy and professional service. Call and book in advance.I would take the low ratings with a grain of salt.

Nurse who gave me my shot was super nice.

Today I went for my baby’s travel vaccine, it was the first appointment at 9am, the doctor is good, nurse was so friendly and made my baby feel comfortable for the vaccine, but the receptionist, can’t believe why people like her come for receptionist work. She was very rude and sarcastic with her answers, she was super busy with her texting, she just was not interested to answer whatever you ask. It was so disappointing to start your day meeting this kind of person. I have to go for my vaccine next week, I really wish she is not at the front desk.

they are quite good very supportive & have always look forward to help but the cost of vaccine is high.
