I absolutely love this branch.Always helpful and looking out for my best interests! Excellent staff!

I'm VERY disappointed with Meridian Credit Union, both this branch and the organisation as a whole.Meridian seems to be all about acquiring new clients and money -- existing, 30-year clients can rot for all they care. Whether it's about mortgages or upcoming products and services, getting anyone from Meridian to call you back could probably be registered with the Vatican as a legitimate miracle, and getting any kind of information from anyone when they do bother to get back to you is like pulling teeth.

Just went to the branch to provide to inquire about my approval on the new credit card, the staff were completely ignorant and were not helpful regarding my situation, I have to leave the branch and call the call centre regarding my situation, and at this point the call centre personnel inform me to back in the branch while she stay on the phone, knowing that I’m on the phone with partner support team, they seem to help me right away at this point. At this point I asked to speak to the manager and staff member told she is on vacation. Would not recommend this branch, not professional and have any etiquette in terms of providing customer service, this is the first time I have visited this bank, a horrible first impression.

I have always received excellent service and attention from the personnel at this bank.

Wow, I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the staff at this location. Not only were they patient and compassionate to hearing my case of fraud but they made my life easier after a couple of incredibly difficult days for me.

Awesome place. People who works there are phenomenal.
