Seems like there’s a higher importance put on staff here to be actually friendly and helpful not just half heartedly ask if you need anything then walk away * cough * marks

I bought two pants which is great. The staff Sarah who helped me get the right pants and fellow up the new order. She is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Had two great experiences at this location. Highly recommend this place. Staff are knowledgeable and honest. Many thanks to Adil, he definitely goes above and beyond for his customers.

Came in a few days ago, wonderful experience in-store looking for some tools for camping. Received lovely customer service from Haley! She really made my day! And everything works great. Will definitely come here next time I need something.

Such an amazing experience coming to this store!! It was my first time here and I received outstanding customer service from Sabrina who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and going out of her way to find it for me. She welcomed me as soon as I walked in and took good care of me till I left. I will definitely be coming back to Work N Wear Whitby!! Amazing selection, prices and staff!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new go-to store!!!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah who has such patience while we shopped. She made me want to come back again. Both Dave and Sabrina (who checked us out) were also great. Would Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Work N Wear for helping me out today... especially Sarah whose patience, friendliness and knowledge of the products were second to none. I went to work n wear last week and was SO upset and disappointed at the service at the beginning, a oriental woman with long black hair was SO bloody rude. I asked her for help twice she ignored me both times and it was because she was on a call with her AirPods in.. and that’s why she couldn’t hear me… so ridiculous. She said she would be with me in a moment went to the back and I didn’t see her untill my way out.Thank god another woman was working there she was SO helpful and kind and gave me all of her attention unlike the other employee. I don’t know the name of the first woman but the second was kierra and she made my experience 100x better so thank you work n wear employee!!

Absolutely loved shopping here yesterday for all my work appareal.Not only was the store clean and very organized but the staff was amazing.Sarah was beyond helpful & friendly.I was a bit frustrated with my day and Sarah made it so much better just by her awesome personality and humour.I not only got everything I needed at Work N Wear but I left in a better mood.Thanks so much Sarah you rock!!!

Very helpful staff, lots of products at decent prices, wish some of the higher end work gear was cheaper but otherwise good selection.
