I had a great experience purchasing a new GV70 from Genesis Langley. Vincent, my genesis experience manager, was amazing and super helpful. I was in rush of getting a new car and was under a lot of stress. Vincent and his boss, Shaun, did everything they can to make it happen. Really appreciate your hard work and love my new GV70!

I placed my order for a vehicle back in 2021. Since then my experience manager has left the dealership. I found out about his departure when I sent him an email and received an undeliverable email error (you'd think they'd proactively reach out to you introducing to your new experience manager). I then texted my former experience manager to learn that he had moved on. Next I emailed the GM and Sales Manager to understand who my new experience manager is, I got no response. I followed up again and received an email back stating that my experience manager would call me, I was also provided with his contact information... weeks later no one had called me. I sent an email again to both the sales manager and the GM of the dealership expressing my frustrations. I don't expect a whole ton but being someone that's in line to spend almost 100k on a vehicle you'd expect some proactive communication and a certain level of service quality. Neither the GM nor the sales manager ever replied to my last email. I have since contacted Genesis Canada to have my order transferred to another Genesis dealership. A very disappointing experience.

I bought my Hyundai Tucson from Gabriel, and I am very satisfied with his service. He took care of my car like his own. He cleaned engine bay, fixed door scratches, and recommended what things need to be done. Two thumbs up for him.

Genesis Langley has surpassed my expectations. My Experience Manager, Vincent Li really went above and beyond to give us the BEST customer service experience! Vincent is very dedicated and so patient with answering all of questions and concerns. He is always prompt with answering questions and give you the facts. Unlike other pushy sales managers out there, Vincent is not pushy, he is patient and gives you all the facts and information as is and allow you to make an informed decisions. I appreciate his honesty and clarity on guiding me through my purchase. Vincent gives all his client his very best and provide exceptional tailor-fit experiences, he stayed connected throughout the order period and communicate progress consistently. On the day of vehicle pick-up and transfer, he even picked us up from home. The whole team was amazing, including Shaun Ball, who was very thorough and considerate with his walk-through of the contracts and sales agreements, including having the insurance administration on-standby allowing a one-stop shop for everything. Overall, my experience with Genesis Langley has been exceptionally awesome, from inquiring to ordering to getting the vehicle and orientation and beyond! Thank you for all the support and service! I highly recommend Genesis Langley and more over the Genesis brand is truly a world class and their vehicle design is so well thought of!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had walking into a dealership. From my first point of contact, Amin, to meeting the sales manager Shaun and the finance manager Dev, the incredible knowledge of Vincent and GM Steve and ALL staff, I was blown away with their amazing customer service and attentiveness. Amin took the time to listen to my wants and needs, he had a G70 gassed and ready to go for a test drive. He went over all the trims and options, never once making me feel I was being pushed into anything. My husband and I always do our research before purchasing anything and they were super patient, transparent, and not pushy at all. I had been to BMW and Mercedes but after doing our research on brand and performance, we went the Genesis. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the purchase of my new 2023 Genesis g70 3.3t! Very bad experience encountered today. It was a 2nd service call, though I was not happy with my GV80s first service with Genesis Langley in 2022, but I didn't complain. Today(February07,2023) I realized that I made a mistake purchasing GV80 from this location.I will be sending a full complaint to Business bureau, Genesis Head office Canada, and uploading on this website as well before the end of this week in details with all photographs and the names of all those who I spoke and what were their responses.

As a recent purchaser of one of the first 2022 Genesis G70's, this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying vehicle. In general the way Genesis has positioned its brand and vehicles completely outclasses any other company in my opinion. From the design of the cars inside and out to their level of performance, it was very hard to justify buying anything else. Being able to go online and purchase the car exactly as I wanted with selected trim and having the pricing shown with detail really made it easy for me to get it priced the way I wanted. Once my order was complete online, my Experience Manager Zach reached out first thing in morning so that I could place my deposit and secure the car. From there I was in Contact with Shaun the Sales Manager who helped me go over the fine details before the vehicle arrived. All through out communication was very clear, thank you both for your help. The day the car arrived it was ready to go with all my additional accessories. From that time Zach has been a great contact for any additional questions that I've had, really appreciate it. I look forward to buying more Genesis's down road. Thank you once again!

Love my G70 and even better people who work at Langley Genesis! Very knowledgable and helpful. Had issues with my Genesis Connect, if you are also, call up Tommy Booth to get you set up!Will definitely upgrade in the future to another Genesis at the Langley location!Recommend checking them out.

The Genesis dealership in Langley and it’s team have been so good to me since day one ! Jared the sales rep and Shaun the sales manager worked so hard on getting me exactly what I needed from them for my new vehicle I bought! These guys even took time out of there own personal life on there days off to stay in touch with me and keep me updated and worry free. Even the Tag auto body that they work with side by side helped me more than ever! Service manager Gabriel and John there lead mechanic definitely had my back when I needed it the most through some unfortunate events, none the less this team of professionals made me feel at home with my vehicle purchases, I have now recommended them to a handle full of my own clients! Highly recommend the Langley dealership in specific, I couldn’t be more happy.
