Wasn’t very impressed with a recent service call. What was completed wasn’t what I wanted, and they didn’t care that it wasn’t. Overall a stressful experience and I recommend just going with someone else.

On Wednesday, November 16th I called the office. I spoke to Rhonda who listened while I explained the problem. We had been let down by a plumber in the village and after waiting weeks with no contact from him, I called Adams Plumbing around 1pm. Kyle was on his way back to the office and Rhonda had him come and look at our job. Kyle came, reviewed and was able to fix the problem by 5pm that day. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I will, and would recommend this Company for any plumbing issue.

Excellent experience with Adam's Plumbing. We had a lot of plumbing to be replaced in our fixer upper. They were clear in describing the work plan and had it all done in the time expected. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Called to check if arrival time and service start o.k.Completed service specified on work order and advised re: followup for a couple areas to consider.Pleasant, professional, focussed service.I've had Adam's Plumbing over decades, well before ownership changed. Pleased with service now too. Always responsive and accommodating.

After working with many local plumbing companies, it was a relief to find Adam's. The first time I called about our well and water pressure they actually called me back...The lady on the call was friendly and very helpful and had a team out the following day to assess things. Then did all the work shortly after and cleaned up things nicely.We noticed an issue the next day and they came the same day to adjust the float valve in the well. Amazing. Our house is 130 years old so nothing is simple but these guys made it happen.If you want great reliable service look no further.

We had our well pump replaced last week and had an amazing experience with this company. This is the second time using this company and I've been very happy both times. All the staff (including the owner) are friendly and very approachable. Spencer and Nick came out last week and got the job done correctly and efficiently. They were accommodating to the fact I had to leave to pick up my kids from school and went the extra mile to make sure I had my water turned back on as soon as possible. I will be using this company in the future and won't even bother trying to contact anyone else. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Where the other companies I called either couldn't get me an appointment or never bothered to call back, Adam's immediately asked relevant questions to help diagnose what happened, and then sent over the best guy for this kind of repair" (their quote)
