We had an amazing experience at this store. We were greeted by Sandy upon walking in. She’s extremely knowledgeable and patient. Spent an hour with us answering all our questions, and guiding us through a decision making process. The showroom had practically every model of appliance we were interested in so we had a chance to compare across brands before making a decision. All staff members were kind and would continuously check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’d say it was the best appliance showroom we visited.

Thanks for your help! I'm a former customer as we bought appliances at Midland some year ago. But I'd like to emphasize Midland's good vibes. 3 days ago, I was desperate to find a piece for a faucet that I bought 15 years ago in a business close by Midland and I couldn't find the store. Long story short, the faucet store is long gone, but they helped me (I didn't told them I was a former customer) tracking another store which pointed to another one. This morning I received the piece missing and I'm a happy and relieved camper. You guys rock!

Whew what a ride with Midland. Our kettle packed it in and the Smeg kettle looked to be a good fit for our household. Midland's website says to call for availability. When I called down, the salesperson said they needed to contact the distributor to see if there were any available. The salesperson said they would call back by end of day that day but did not.The next day I called to follow up as I was in the area and don't live close to Midland. The salesperson was on their day off and told me he couldn't help me because that is not how their store works. Each salesperson handles their own clients and they do not help eachother out.A week later I still had not heard back. So I put up a negative review. Et viola, heard back right away. The manager took over and was able to source a Smeg kettle from the distributor. Another week went by and the kettle was in.Yesterday I made the trip over from the North Shore and picked it up. It was in a box that had been opened. I took a quick look to ensure it was the right kettle and it was. The lighting isn't brilliant in the store but I trusted them that all was fine with the kettle.Big mistake.This morning I go to make a cup of tea, and while the kettle is boiling, the sunlight in my kitchen glints off the kettle and I see there is a dent.The manager is refusing to order a new one as he says the kettle is now used". He's offered to give me $10 off which is obviously ridiculous for a $200 kettle. When you buy a high end kettle

Fantastic choice of Appliances and knowledgeable sales team that educated me as to how best to make my decision regarding my purchase. I never felt like I was being sold on anything. Very refreshing as I have now made my purchase and I am pleasantly surprised in the after sales care and attention to detail as I await my delivery.Their price was in line with the market but their customer service has won me as a customer hands down. We had an excellent experience buying our wall oven here. Emil was very knowledgeable and helped us find the best oven for our use case. Our old oven was a bit smaller than regular dimensions and he was able to find something that fit perfectly.Emil was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process, answered all the questions we had and really went above and beyond to make sure that we're happy with our purchase. Highly recommended!

Have purchased appliances several times for Midland. Always great service and good selection. Recently worked with Sarah for our up coming renovations, and she was amazing.

Ordered a miele dishwasher. Received no delivery or installation assistance from Midland. Miele kept changing delivery date and then neglected to line up an installer. Had to go it alone and find and hire my own installer. Had the new dishwasher sitting in my kitchen for over a week and then after installation I had to hire a service to remove the old one which took several days. Midland provided no value at all. Miele neglected to reverse their multiple charges for installation as agreed and when they finally got around to it they told me I had to wait four weeks. Midland could have been far more proactive. But they just sell. Between miele and midland I lost at least 8 hours of time and all miele had to say was essentially “we didn’t meet your expectations”. And weeks later still no refund from miele

Been on the hunt for new fridge for a while when we stopped into Midland and met with Emil. He engaged us immediately and was very personable. Emil was informative and patiently answered all our questions, including emails back and forth. We had a great experience and felt confident in our purchase. The delivery took a bit longer than quoted, but we received our new fridge in just over a month and we love it. Thank you, Emil!
