Parkside Tower - Hazelview Properties
My brother and I lived here during COVID-19 when schools announced they would be back in-person. Our apartments nice, updated and clean. Dijana was helpful, kind and receptive, and we always knew she would answer as soon as she could and problems would be solved quickly and efficiently. Our upstairs neighbours were quite loud — that was our only downside, but that happens sometimes and I do not believe it to be a reflection of the entire property. Overall, we had a great stay here and highly recommend it to students and families alike.

We recently moved here with family. The building is so nice and well maintained. Cecilia has been very kind and helpful with us throughout theentire process from day one. She is approachable, respectful and gave us the apartment very nice and clean. Cecilia always responds to our concerns quickly and is very understanding.We will definitely reccomend Hazelview Properties to friends and family. Thank you Cecilia for making the move in very smooth for us.

Parkside Tower - Hazelview Properties
Dijana was so accommodating and so helpful. Our old place had no adequate heating and we needed to relocate immediately, we came back to 400 Parkside Drive and were overjoyed! The process was so quick, took less than a few days. If there's any place, or organization that I recommend in Waterloo, its Hazelview Properties. I have lived in many places around Waterloo, and no other experience has surpassed Hazelview. The price is great, the employees are great, and they're always upkeeping the place with cleanliness and renovations. Thank you Hazelview
