CCR Renovations

We worked with the team at CCR Renovations for our ensuite bathroom renovation. From start to finish, the entire team at CCR was professional, organized and extremely competent. Not only is their work of the highest quality but their customer service is outstanding. My husband and I were impressed with the detail included in the breakdown of the initial quote for the scope of work. We were further impressed when we met with the project manager (Conor) and the detail and organization of the plan. The team were always quick to communicate with us and answer any questions (no matter how trivial). They also stand behind their work and want to ensure that the customer is satisfied, even after completion. We had a tiny issue with the potlight in the shower and Conor was quick to work out a solution so that we were totally happy. And also, they are just a bunch of really nice guys and a pleasure to have worked with. I highly recommend the team at CCR Renovations.

I cannot say enough positive things about CCR, everyone on the team was excellent. Matt was wonderful at walking me through the entire sales process. We were looking to renovate our Kitchen/main floor for our family of 5. We wanted to utilize the space we had and make the most of it. CCR made our dreams come true. I wanted a modern farmhouse feel and they captured everything I wanted and more. From our first meeting with Matt, he helped us to turn our vision into real life. He was so professional and made us feel comfortable in choosing them. Their whole team was great, including the sub trades. We felt so comfortable with them in our home, and even my kids loved them! They stayed on track with the schedule and we’re great responding to all our needs. Stuart, Conor and Tara were awesome, checking in and keeping us up to date with all the milestones, helping us pick our finishes along the way and making our house a home. I cannot thank them enough, they have helped me to fall in love with my home everyday. Thank you CCR!

CCR completed a significant renovation to our home completely modernizing our kitchen, family room and principal bathroom. CCR quickly became and extension of our family and were extremely accommodating to ensure they were completely as quickly and efficiently as possible without compromising quality and safety (much of the work was completed during the height of the pandemic). Conor and the team were open, honest and fair. To his credit, the only reason why there was a small delay was due to covid and a delayed delivery of a countertop - how many contractors deliver on the timing they promise of a job?! CCR did and we were impressed. I'd invite them back to our home any time.

Matt at CCR was great to talk with about my renovation plans. He was responsive, incredibly detailed, and extremely helpful. I spoke to many different contractors about my plans and most either 1) never returned my calls, 2) showed up and spoke down to me, or 3) just looked at the space and with no measurements or details just gave me an unfounded verbal quote.This was not the case with Matt at CCR. To get an accurate quote, he visited my home twice, took detailed measurements, contacted suppliers, and then provided a complete detailed work order with every part of the job broken down in terms of material costs, labour costs, labour days, subtrades costs, inspirational photos, 3D mockups. Relative to the numerous other contractors I spoke with, I was blown away and felt very comfortable talking with CCR.

We wanted our entire main floor renovated (main floor hardwood, ceilings, kitchen, ensuite, etc.) all the regular stuff most people get done. They spent over 3 hours measuring and mapping every nook and cranny. More than a week later still no quote from them. I tried contacting them and after several attempts they said that didn't want to take on the project but didn't have the professionalism to let us know or even why they didn't want to. Why did it take them that long to decide not to do the project?A total waste of our time and totally unprofessional!Would never consider working with them in the future or recommend them to anyone!
