This is the best Avis agency in Montreal ! Good cars are always available and the staff is always helpful ! Cars are always clean and sometimes they offered me to try a cake from Middle East which was excellent :)It is sad that this location will close this summer ! This is a shame ! There will not be any Avis agency downtown Laval anymore ! The other Avis agency in Laval is far from this location and very bad ! The staff is not helpful at all !All my friends coming from Europe visiting me in Montreal they rented the car at this location !AVIS HAS TO SOMETHING TO KEEL THIS AGENCY OPEN !!

Poor customer service when picking up the car. The dude could atleast smile, he was very cold. Was supposed to drop off the car at 4pm (closing time) only to see that for some reason when we got there at 3:45 that they closed early. When we called customer service the agent accused us of lying because apparently they checked a car in at 4:00pm at our location but that’s false as we were definately there at 3:45pm and it was closed. They don’t even have a drop box. We had to go to the airport in the end to return the car and argue with the agent on the phone to not charge a late fee. Never renting with Avis again.

Avoid. Poor Customer service. Be aware ,they close for lunch and they will not wait not even 1 minute if you have a rental reservation even if you precheck they will close no hesitations. The man at the office was clueless about his partenariat with aeroplan points. No effort to help us, just gave us a paper flyer and tell us to call the number to get help.Avis Customer center were helpful though . But nothing spécial. Overall take the time to rent in another rental car company.
