I was very satified with the service of Nurse Next door. My mom was discharged from ER, still sick and needed help. We needed 24 hour PSW to start same day. The PSW showed up right on time and the scheduler made sure all the shifts were covered. The care was excellent. They reported everything to me and worked with the retirement home nursing as appropriate.I do not hesitate in recommending them. I am a family doctor myself, so I can assure anyone that the care is very good. They also cared for my father who has dementia at the same time to keep him calm and supervised.

Shilpi is my mom's care co-ordinator and has gone above and beyond. She's been compassionate, reassuring and helpful with finding the right fit for my mother who suffers from mild dementia and is at times confused and a bit lonely during this time of Covid. It's been a challenging time and we wanted to find a good fit for her needs. Thankfully Shilpi has been able to pair my mom with one of the nurses who works at the seniors residence and she has been a wonderful addition to my mom's care - especially reassuring since we're unable to visit her ourselves during this time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NND and am so glad Shilpi has been there to deftly help set up the extra care. The process has been much less painless than I thought it would be.

The nurses were all very empathetic and related well to my husband. I felt confident to leave them in charge and I was able to rest while they were present. They understood the issues quickly with very little needed in the way of orientation .

Nurse Next Door made it possible to have my father-in-law attend my daughter's wedding and allowed him and us to enjoy the day. They were so easy to arrange, checked in to ensure the details hadn't changed and reassure me that I could count on them. Kesha was brilliant - professional, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. She had the perfect balance of checking on him during the event without making him feel crowded. He absolutely loved her and we were all able to enjoy the evening because of her. I highly recommend NND and Kesha in particular and will use both again.

Unbelievably good management team, flexible schedules and work experience is amazing throughout my assignment with Chartwell. I recommend this team to anyone who wants to have a pleasant experience.

The process to receive services was quite easy. The manager visited our home, listened to our needs for our loved ones with dementia. They gave suggestions, and we made a plan. The PSW started the next week. She has unbelievable empathy and patience for her clients but also for the extended family. The PSW took her time to get to know her clients, supporting the change in their life and home. I can't say enough about the process but specifically how wonderful and nuturing the PSW has been to our entire family.

The help I received from Nurse Next Door was much appreciated. I had to rely on others to help for the first time and was so pleased with the efficiency and consideration of my needs that I was given. I was confident in the process and that my needs would be met.
