Had the pleasure of going through Apartment Find when I was searching for a place, very professional and was able to help me get what I was looking for and more! I recommend them to all my friends! Such a great experience made it so much easier for me!!

I was able to find an apartment in Ottawa, not far from the University, that met many of my criteria through this agency.The real estate (Leo) agent was very understanding, showed me the place twice, and was always available to answer my questions. The agent was also able to negotiate a lower rent with the owners.The person in charge of my file (Sabrina) was also very reliable, quick in her answers and allowed me to have my application accepted.I highly recommend this agency !

Very unprofessional company. Will not answer calls and e-mails and will get irritated when they finally do pick up the phone because you have called multiple times. This company does not follow through on commitments. If they say they will do something you cannot trust that they will, in fact, follow through with it. I don't recommend this company.

These people are not in it for ypur best interest of finding a suitable home they convinced my family we had to leave a deposit in order to not loose the home we were looking at while we signed an application but never gave the deposits back after we didnt get accepted by them, they told us they had a right to keep it because they showed the unit and that we were informed it was none refundable but not one person told us this or we wouldnt have given it to them I have two small babies and they new that but still argued with me now I am out the money for them showing a place to me thats it 500 to view the property i can understand taking some of it but thats not worth 500 makes me so sick
