I absolutely love this team. Kindest, friendliest bunch! They are efficient, great customer service, accommodating, honest and easy to work with. They have helped me so much ever since I had my baby, so glad I found them ❤

UPDATE:After speaking with Tersia, who called me to discuss, some things were ironed out I think: a promise to make it more clear that the Terms and Conditions" are further to the conversation on the phone will help I think. Also we agreed upon a change to the time we were charged for."I had 2 cleaners come in and charged $150 to do a kitchen and bathroom in an empty 2 bedroom condo. That did NOT include cleaning behind fridge and stove or oven cleaning (read the Terms and Conditions to find out that you have to have them pulled away from wall and must spray oven to get those services as nothing was mentioned at the meeting)

I would like to say something about this company. I haven't used this service but I do know people who have and they have nothing but great things to say about them. The team they have come in on regular bases they love and look forward to seeing them. I've been there when they have come to clean. The staff is super respectful, friendly and treat you with respect. They for sure about and beyond. They did amazing job at my friends house especially with the floors, they looked amazing after they were done. I'll be calling them to do my place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMER!NEVER AGAIN. We hired molly maid to do our move out clean when moving provinces. We were quoted $350 - and told if they went over that they would call us BEFOREHAND to get the go ahead. They only called AFTER to tell us our bill will be over $800 !!! MORE THAN DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE! Completely unprofessional. Upon communicating further with them as to why such a large amount is being requested by us, my husband said we are absolutely not paying that as they completely scammed us. THEY THEN BECAME EVEN MORE UNPROFESSIONAL and screenshotted the chat between my husband and them and sent it to OUR realtor , who has nothing to do with hiring them and was only there to let them into the house. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This has been a horrendous experience.

I had 2 cleaners come to my home for a move out clean, it took them 2 hrs for an 800sq foot house + basement and cost 230$ tx incl. just like they had quoted me on the phone. Perfectly priced for an amazing job, really friendly and hard working staff. I walked them though the house at first to let them know what to focus on, baseboards, fridge in and out (it sparkled when they were done!) And they did everything perfectly. Would definetly recommend, they didn't even charge an out of town fee like all other businesses. Thank You!
