Worst medical office, they lack communication and I waited 3 weeks to have a referral that was never sent and I never received an answer regarding it, dr says one thing and does another. Will never go back and definitely will not recommend

What is wrong with Dr Kennedy, She still want to do phone appointment before the physical appointment, and that is for our 2 mo baby. Every other Dr is seeing the patients now with proper screening tool and here she is, no first phone appointment (takes 6-8 days) and then physical appointment (another 6 days. Is it still same practice for other Drs. If it is, i am concern with this overbilling and wasting DR and patient both time. put proper screening tool in place.

Very hard to make an appointment, appointments are constantly canceled if on a monday or friday for my doctor. Tell the receptionist that i have a long list of things to go over and ask if i need to make multiple appointments, they say no and then i end up having to make more appointments since the dr isnt able to go over everything in one appointment...not very pleased at all.

new automated phone system needs an extension number that is not available ive been trying for days now ! Not a very good system it was hard enough before to get a apt now its impossible! Then by the time i do get ahold of anyone my pills and innections are over due and they will tell i should plan ahesd is it just me ???
