Amazing! Seriously impressed! Dropped my dryer off at 8:40 am, thermostat replaced and back on my truck by 9:40 in working order. Wow! Give these people a call if you need a repair! $203 with taxes! Super reasonable price for that repair!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have always fixed our appliances with no issues. We were having problems with our dishwasher and I called into them to book a service call - Dan took my call and gave me a few things to try myself first. His advice fixed the problem and saved a service call. Our most recent repair (dryer) was completed by Dane. He was great! I highly recommend Baywest Appliance!

My washing machine stopped draining last Sunday. Set up an appointment for yesterday, as I had the day off. Had set up an appointment for the am, so was up at 8:30 waiting. A tech finally showed up at 11:00 without the proper equipment or part.i then had to wait until 4 pm for 2 other technicians to fix the problem. They were extremely courteous and helpful, explained the problem and were apologetic about the delay. Thankful they restored my faith in the company. But, not sure I would use this company again?!

Dane fixed my Bosch dishwasher that was not draining properly - he figured out the problem quickly. They were also able to come the next day for service when I called which was appreciated. I would call them again for help with my dishwasher.

The main guy is blunt, and if you're a snowflake with no sense of humor you'll find him rude. He's extremely knowledgeable and the right guy for whatever you need. My washing machine that came with my house was having issues and I diagnosed it as two issues. I removed one potential issue (lid swtch) and Baywest tested it for free; it worked. The other potential part was worth more than the washing machine. I purchased elsewhere because they said they didn't have anything in stock and my renter couldn't wait to do laundry.
