Last time I went there the gas stopped pouring yet my cost kept going up. Employee couldn't do anything about it. I figured I'd give it another shot, but this time the gas didn't stop pouring when my tank was full, causing it to pour all over the side of my car. The employee knew about the issue but there was no warning sign or anything saying not to use that pump, and he also couldn't do anything about it, so I paid extra just to pour some gas down the drain. Save yourself the stress and money, go to the Shell right nearby.

Gas was ok. Staff wasn't very helpful. He was there to do the minimum amount of work possible. Wouldn't check to see if they had anymore of a specific oil and I was the only customer there. Now I see why the shell next door is so much busier.

No complaints here, drive up, pump your gas, leave. Never had any issues, pay at the pump always works fine, and the location with busy Arcola right there makes me feel pretty safe regardless of the time. Exiting the parking lot to Arcola can be rough but you can get out at a side street easy with a light right there.

Super friendly staff. Always carry what I want, including my brand of smokes and chips. Always helpful and polite. Never had an issue here.

Poor-I was traveling several hours on the highway with my infant and stopped here, filled up my SUV (self serve pump/pay first) and went inside and asked to use the restroom. The guy told me the public washrooms were out of order so I requested to use the staff bathroom. There was a staff bathroom but he denied me this right. I am a woman who recently had a baby and he denied me the right to use the bathroom as a PAYING customer ($65, not $1!!!!) I nearly peed myself. I was livid and disgusted and don't see how this is can be justified. Shameful. Shell across the street let me use their bathroom and I didn't even fill up there. Unreal.

Asked for change for a $5 to pump up a flat tire (at their station) and was refused. Had to buy some mentos..what happened to service in this world??

Apparently the business owner's niece doesn't know what customer services is and doesn't help their customers at all. Reason for complaining is my car got stuck while pulling up to the pump she was nice enough to lend me a shovel but to help was out the question. I ended up getting my car shoveled out and then she comes up to my car and starts banging on the windows and doors violently. I was able to get out of there unharmed. When you're in the business of serving customers, How does one run a business like this and not care about the customers. This happened on Sunday November 6th at 7:45 am.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I prefer Esso gas over others and as it is my local gas station I have a will continue to support their business.
