The state of their fish tanks are absolutely deplorable. 60% of the fish were dead in the tank and staff didn't seem to care. Can't find a single live plant that isn't infested. Stop selling fish if you can't keep them in stock alive...

The customer service was fantastic! Both my pet and I were received with a warm welcome at the groomers who made us both feel they went above and beyond. The cashier and support staff were also excellent as we required their services during checkout. Overall, a fantastic experience and one I will share with friends and family.

Excellent choices for my cats needs. The grooming salon ladies really helped me out and did a fantastic job with my female cat . So impressed with the way they handled her and a very professional job cleaning up her long fluffy fur.

I came in and knew what I wanted but wasn’t 100 percent sure what else I needed for the proper set up for the gecko I got and the assistance of the employee helped me very much she didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive stuff and made sure I had wat was needed to take care of my pet n set up.

The employees at this location are all really great. My issue is with some of their products. I purchased a fish tank for my wife recently, It was a new design and wasn't cheap. 3 weeks later I find that its been discounted 75%. 6 dead fish later we found out the tank had been discontinued. We are animal lovers and the death of so many fish was sad for us. Petsmart was helpful and kind throughout the process and we are impressed and grateful to your caring staff. Sometimes these things can't be avoided but I wish someone in buying had done their research before adding that tank to the shelf.

Great pet store , carries all vet recommended foods as well as a variety of toys. They also have dog training, and grooming.

The training classes have been a great help! Tamara is an amazing instructor. Whatever they’re paying her, she deserves more.
