Came in as a walk-in patient and had a very smooth, flawless experience! The receptionists at the front were nice and helpful. The doctor was lovely, seemed to genuinely care. And I was in and out, with prescription in hand, within 40 mins!

Great Clinic! Front Office Nurse/Receptionist Rizwana is kind, caring and so helpful. We have seen many of the walk in doctors here and they have all been so helpful and listened to our concerns and provided excellent care. The Pharmacy is fast and provides great customer service, explaining all the side effects and differences in dosages etc. So thankful to have a great facility close by with great hours.

I was at a different family clinic for years and recently switched to this clinic after hearing great reviews from friends. I must say I am very happy that I switched! All the staff and doctors are so approachable and caring. The front staff is very fast and don’t make you wait around for long. Overall a very clean and tidy clinic. They are really focused on ensuring great service to their customers! I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to switch out their family clinic! Life-changer!

Today May 19, 2023 afternoon. Thank you soooo much Dr. Lee and two front desk ladies for taking an extra time to schedule an urgent check for my son although you all were done for the day! Very much appreciated! You are Really the Best of Best!First time to be there but had very positive experience! Contemporary style and well-organized and clean environment. We didn’t make an appointment but as soon as we walked in, Maryam took a good care of us. After listening to my concerns about my son’s problem, she quickly registered my son and just a couple of minutes, she directed us to the waiting area to wait for the physician. Later on, Sahlee very promptly did the pre-exam and led us to the office. About 10 minutes, the physician came. A Very kind physician (I really sorry that I didn’t remember his name)! He patiently listened to my concerns and throughly checked my son’s foot. He slowly explained to me with the details of what to do next with the new medication. It was very helpful and great advice! Excellent experience! Highly recommended!

I'm a patient if Dr. De Bruins, who is always very helpful and very nice. I went is as a walk in once and saw Dr. Lee who was also amazing. As someone with anxiety she was very understanding of that.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating when I needed to refill a prescription last-minute while visiting the city! Everything went quickly and smoothly and I'm very grateful for their service.

Had a very bad experience with Dr. Soussan Mankaeva.She incorrectly filled out my wife’s medical form twice, then stayed on the phone with another patient while correcting it for the third time.When this concern was raised, she took out her wallet to give the money we paid the clinic for this examination and told my wife to get out. She then threatened to add a requirement for a drivers exam retake on the medical form even though all the health checks were perfect.She did not forget to remind my wife that there are other responsibilities that are more important and if she wasn’t happy with the phone call taking up the appointment time, then she should leave.It is disappointing to see Soussan being an example of a doctor abusing her position and being completely unprofessional towards her patients.

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. This is the most poorly run clinic I’ve ever seen. I followed my family doctor here, who was great at her last clinic, but that is absolutely not the case here. They drop the ball at every single opportunity possible, don’t notify patients when their family physician is going on vacation for weeks on end, on 3 occasions now have booked appointments for dates that were not what I was told when booking and just sit there and stare at you like it’s your fault. They absolutely NEVER take any accountability for their screw ups. 8 months after an urgent referral was due to be sent in, the clinic receptionist called and asked if I was “still interested” and “why did you need this anyway?”. Every single time I’ve had to book an appointment for the last 18 months, there has been some kind of issue or screw up that’s always made to be the patients fault. It’s mind boggling to me that they’re still in business.

I feel extremely fortunate to have a really fabulous family physician, Dr. Nathalie De Bruin. Through absolutely no fault of her own though, she is busy, the billing system doesn't grant her enough time. My needs tend to be multiple. Ihave also found the front desk and reception staff to be exceptional, they've gone above and beyond general service to ensure that I received test results in a timely fashion and be otherwise very helpful. In looking at the website today, and the range of services provided, I realize that there are additional services at this clinic that could likely be quite helpful to me, which is awesome because I'm a pretty well informed health care consumer, I've worked within the health care system for over 40 years and I read research.
