I ate the Korean bbq. And kids under 2 paid 8,99$ each are you serious? Not a lot of choice and service was so so. But for sure I’m not going there ever again !

1) Ordered sundubu tofu and received sundubu with shrimp (I'm allergic to Shrimp, had to take antihistamine right after)2) sundubu order was missing rice3) both fried chicken orders were dry like they were from the morning of or from the day before4) the chicken burgers were good and tasty5) owner contacted after putting review here to offer free 1x fried chicken and 1x sundubu tofu without shrimp and the riceEdit :Following this post, a representative asked me to contact him directly and offered to remake the order. The new order was significantly better (2 chickens and sundubu) compared to the initial one. The chickens were not dry at all and the sundubu did not have shrimp and came with rice.I appreciated how proactive the representative was in solving this and I have adjusted the review from 1 star to 4 stars given the above.

Went here again for the first time after sooo long of quarantine and lockdown. And I'm impressed of how clean the restaurant is. The staff are super attentive, the food especially the fried chicken and the stir fried octopus are so good and tasty. We'll be back for sure.

Showed up at 6:20pmHalf the restaurant was empty, and they had the neon sign saying OUVERT in the window. Girl told us they were booked and wouldn't seat us, no explanation really as Half the restaurant was EMPTY and they were not busy at all.EDIT: I understand they were short staffed, but they could have at least told us that when we walked in, instead of refusing to seat us with no explanation. They should also shut off their ouvert" sign at the window if they aren't accepting new clients."

Order for 10 piece chicken orginal recipe. Got 5 piece leg 2 wings 1 small piece and two small breast .I dont know why they charging 10 cad for French fries.thats totally bad.if it have any special recipe it's ok. But its same like we buy provigo .Ramen with beef is good .Chicken good but it's all leg pieces that I dont likeFried fries too expensive for a medium box 10 cad .

I genuinely want to ask the restaurant. How is this a 17.99$ soup? They didn’t even fill it to half of the bowl. Every time I order their kimchi stew on uber eats, the quantity that they give gets smaller and smaller. Almost feels like I got scammed.

Colder weather = Korean BBQ! We were in area, and chose Mon Ami. When we arrived, it was not very busy, service was good. The buffet menu shrank a little, but all the interesting items are still available. I felt this time the marinade tends to be a little sweeter than usual. We still enjoyed the meal though, and they include fountain soft drink in the buffet price.

We ordered one whole sweet and spicy chicken(#2) and one whole soy garlic chicken(#3). I believe it was a fairly easy order, I clearly ordered for one #2 and one #3. When we got the order we picked it up and directly came back home. We opened the order and it was one FRIED chicken(#1) instead of the seasoned (#2) that we ordered... I think it was probably an honest mistake where the cashier mispressed the button, since on the receipt it also says #1 and #3. We tried calling about 10 times in different times and it went directly to voicemail. We decided to just make our own sauce and eat it, but were quite disappointed.When we ordered about few months ago, they also have mistaken our order. We ordered normal seasoned chicken (with bones) and we got a boneless sweet and spicy chicken.Is it maybe the change of owner/manager that makes them make more mistakes...? We used to order take out from here for 5 years and it wasn't like this before. We also realize that they used to give pickled radish and salad with the orders before, but now it's extra $$.Edit : the manager called me after this review. He was kind, we had a nice conversation and he explained to me that they had a new waitress today and he apologized.He delivered us sweet and spicy chicken, and service dumplings and 2 beers on top of that as you can see in the photo! We understood one more time that it was an honest mistake.We appreciated the call and are rectifying the review! We will definitely go back again. Thank you.
